They didnt refund my money back i send them a email saying i want to see a transaction receipt that i did get a refund they told me its a problem with my bank before but now i cant even send them email anymore i was wanted to see a transaction receipt that they did send my money back so i can show it to my bank but i was unable to send this email to them because they blocked my email ig and i still didnt get my money back been 7 days i was cancelled my order i trusted rob Hayes because Sweatcoin app but now i see they are fraud i didnt receive my money back for 7 days and i cant send them email anymore 34341# number order im happy if i get my money back 100 euro or u guys nothing different then a fraud or if u guys did send my money back i would like to see a transaction receipt so i can email it to my bank.

Often, when an order is cancelled so soon after it's placed, the payment isn't fully processed, meaning no funds were actually taken from your bank account. In these cases, there wouldn't be any money to "return" because the charge never went through.
That said, we are happy to look into this further. We have not blocked your emails, and if you are unable to reach us via email, please check your spam folder or try contacting us from a different email address.

Great watch. Berkeley Black/Black 38.
I bought the Berkeley Black/Black 38 about three years ago, still works excellent. My watch would look completely new, if it wasn’t for a small scratch i just got.
I’ve heard other people having problems with delivery, but I only waited two weeks.
Excellent price for value. 10/10.

Service client médiocre
J'ai acheté un bracelet de montre "modèle alligator". En le recevant je me suis aperçu que le bracelet était trop grand. Je décide donc de le retourner afin d'en commander un autre (grosse erreur). J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a confirmé par mail l'adresse de retour.
Après expédition du colis, j'ai envoyé le numéro suivi ainsi que la preuve d'envoi au service client par mail, aucune réponse. Le colis n'a jamais été réceptionné en Suède après plusieurs tentatives de livraison (cf. le suivi de colis), j'ai recontacté maintes fois le service client, mais 0 réponse. Le bracelet de montre m'a été retourné aujourd'hui pour défaut de livraison.
Le retour étant aux frais des cliens (je réside en France, et non en Suède, les expéditions internationales coûtent chères), la moindre des choses est de respecter le client et réceptionner les retours. C'est inutile de marquer retour possible sur le site, pour ne pas les réceptionner finalement.

Yosemite Watch Order
I have ordered a Yosemite watch a week ago and I still haven’t received the email with a tracking number.
I have tried to reach the seller and I wasn’t successful.
Two emails came back to me where it’s said the message cannot be delivered.
I have also tried to reach the person via iMessages and they haven’t read my messages and also no answers from them.
I am just wondering what happened with my order and if I will ever receive it.
This is my first order from them and I feel a bit curious about it.
I hope I will manage to get my watch by this review soon and that I will get an answer from the lady who has been helpful with this on this site and who is responsible for the customer service.
