ROBERTS & ASTLEY Omdömen

Received our G Plan highboard today and we are so pleased. Stunningly beautiful condition. Kept informed from beginning to end of its journey to Kent. Great care had been taken to package it up and arrived in perfect condition. Would certainly like to buy again from Roberts and Astley as trustworthy, professional and reliable. Thank you.

I ordered a G Plan sideboard and received brilliant customer service from start to finish. R&A were more than happy to discuss the purchase over the phone, dispatched the sideboard promptly and it arrived ahead of my scheduled delivery time. The sideboard is in perfect condition. Clearly R&A have a lot of passion for the products they sell. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful service I have had from start to finish. The dressing table is even more exquisite in the flesh and the delivery team were simply fantastic. I could not be happier with the service. The dressing table was even better than described, it arrived quickly and communication was very solid throughout the purchase. The finishing touch was that they got in touch shortly after the product was delivered to ensure it arrived safely, and that I was happy with it.

I can not recommend these guys highly enough, a rare breed!

On two separate occasions they repaired and restored furniture that was very important to us and they delivered the pieces back to us in excellent order, both jobs very well done. A pleasure to deal with such people.

I bought a teak telephone table from Timothy and am very happy with the product! I also appreciate the status update he gave on delivery time - in the end it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Item arrived quickly and was well packaged, really pleased with my purchase :)

Lovely owners, free delivery

So I bought a dining table and chairs from Tim. So very delighted with the customer service and the table. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I follow them on insta and am always wondering how to buy more. I just love their edit.

Amazing ! Great communication I received my item is 24 hours handed to me by personal delivery service. Id 100% order again agin. Im so happy with my service and beautiful item!

Acquired 2 beautiful Welsh blankets and was delighted by the thoughtful service. Timothy is obviously passionate about his business and shared very interesting knowledge about local traditions. I follow Roberts & Astley on Instagramm, and wish I could redecorate the whole house with their acquisitions! Cannot recommend them enough.

My Wife has always admired vintage furniture, especially G Plan. Following a complete makeover of our home, she found a beautiful oval extending G Plan table, with four chairs available from R&A and bought the set. This put her in contact with Timothy, one of the Partners; we mentioned we also wanted a G Plan oval coffee table, and a short time later he contacted us as he had found one, and it was available. We bought that too. They were delivered a short time later, and we are delighted with the deal. Timothy arrived with his courier, and they are a pleasure to deal with, so much so we asked if there was a sideboard available. Timothy promptly sent us details and pictures and we bought one. The sideboard arrived a short time later, and again it is superb. Timothy had acquired the item without the central shelf, but had one cut free of charge, we only needed to buy the support brackets which are as cheap as chips. In short, you won't find a better service, and the firm doesn't sell shoddy goods. They are professionals, providing quality goods at VERY affordable prices. In our quest for more vintage furniture, we would not consider looking elsewhere.

Accurately described, excellent products, outstanding service,
friendly and reliable.
