Roast & Ground staff are so friendly and it is always a pleasure to speak to them. Their technical engineer Wojciech is very professional and always comes to our offices with a cheerful and friendly attitude. No job is too much for him and he always explains exactly what he needs to do or what has been done to rectify the problem. He is very knowledgeable about Roast & Ground machines and has always been able to solve the issues we have had with our machine.
When we had our new coffee machine installed last August, he was faced with a difficult task due to the design and not having the correct access. Wojciech was extremely patient and got the job done and, as always, professionally - he is a credit to the company.
Roast & Ground service is outstanding!
