Cannot be trusted in any way. Still waiting for a paddock stand ordered in Oct 2024. Will not answer the phone or any emails.

Ordered a rear set back in November, still haven't received it, after 8 MONTHS!! its very different to get hold of anyone. Wouldn't recommend.

Paid for a whale chain riveting tool 4th July 2024 just over £155, never received it! either fobbed off or never reply.
I doubt I'll that ever receive the tool nor my money back. Do not touch this company, it seems to change between the two directors quite frequently and now they've moved offices.

Purchased quite a few things from RRPS and spent a few quid. They gave me a great discount when they could and the customer service is great. Charlotte kept me informed throughout the order process and when everything was being delivered. I can't recommend them enough. In fact its a shame they don't have other items from different manufacturers as I'd buy from RRPS as the other companies I'm buying from are nowhere near as good.

Be prepared for continuous supply chain excuses to stop responding altogether. Advise to shop elsewhere. Even if this isnt a scammer, reviewing RRPS Ltd replies to customers is a laugh.

This is a return visit for me as Road Race Performance Shropshire, gave me such a great price and delivered again on quality and a 5 star service on Brembo racing brake calipers and Master cylinders , BREMBO RCS19 & BREMBO GP4RS CALIPERS & all the other Parts needed to complete the installation. The difference is night & day !!!

Avoid these utter clowns. Ordered last November. got sent the wrong part. they argued it was the correct part, then sent another part for the wrong year. Fast forward nine months and I am now taking them to small claims court. Been promised refunds forever, but they never happen. Just full of excuses.

Do not buy from this so called company. I don’t think they even are a real company as they have no real stock no real premises according to Google maps and every one I speak to in the road racing community hasn’t even heard of them 😂 They are abusive to you when you question what’s going on with your order and that’s if you can get through to them on the phone, I ring about 8-10 times and still can’t get through and eventually by some stroke of luck when I do, they then lie to me about what’s going on with your order. Clearly a bunch of scamming morons. As in there own words what they call there customers. Honestly a laughing stock of a so called company. Looking back on my shopping experience with you it was actually quite entertaining as you were quick to abuse people from behind a keyboard and for no reason at all as they only wanted to purchase goods from you and support you as a business but at the end of the day it’s your loss. Good luck with your so called business 👍🏻. Well answer the phone then or at least explain to your customers what the situation is and give them updates. I’ve been very patient and polite when on the phone to you. I also rang you about the pins that go in the stand. You said you don’t list them on the website so while I was on the phone to you, I asked to purchase them whilst on the phone and your reply was you only sell through your website, so how am I meant to buy these so called items you have to sell. You said you’d email me a link to them, that was nearly a month ago and still no email. Learn how to run a business and actually let your customers know what’s going on. All we tried to do was purchase parts and stands from you and this is how you treat people who are trying to give you business, I would of had many more things to buy from you in the future but I am no longer interested and have taken my business else where to some one who has answered the phone first time every time and the stand and pins are coming tomorrow. Thank you for being so awkward it’s saved me a whole lot of headaches for the future, good luck for the future Bret your going to need it.

Ordered on 7 July Told it was getting ready to be shipped. Week later nothing, questioned again, told it was out for delivery. Week later nothing.
My son rang, asked where it was, short delay.
Saturday 10th Aug sent a message on their site asking what the hell was going on and that their correspondence is diabolical and that they are quick to take the money but poor communication.
They came back to me to say that because I said their service is so diabolical they didn’t want to do business with me.
At least they look like they are refunding me.

It’s laughable that they can take your money, tell lies that it’s or for delivery then it’s delayed and ignore you and when you question them they don’t want to do business with me.
Guess what? I can’t say I did business with you but I know I’ll never associate with you ever again!

RRP- showed a refund pending to us via PayPal, guess what this didn’t happen so had PayPal sorted it out and paid me back.
It shows that the only thing that this person can do is take your money, then when cannot provide the necessary service uses abusive attitude and comments, which he apparently thinks is educated language.

Took my money for some wheels nearly 2 years ago. Wheels never arrived and lots of promises to refund. They claimed they sent a refund to an account that I told them is now closed, I questioned the bank and they have no record, more lies. When they do answer the phone they mislead you. Ive taken legal action against them. The two owners are not to be trusted. Until the courts sort this I remain out of pocket. Don’t make the same mistake.

I ordered an exhaust. The money was gone, but the exhaust was not shipped. I inquired multiple times via email and never received a single response. I was able to get my money back through PayPal. I can only recommend not buying from there.

Excellent Italian product (TWM) which is difficult to find elsewhere. Most importantly, first class service. On the two occasions i called to verify product compatibility, the response was immediate and accurate.

Ordered sprocket cover in August 2023. Problem with supplier. Cancelled order in April 2024. Took over a month to get refund. No one seemed to be overly bothered. Calls not returned. Item still listed on their website!

I have known the RRPs team for over 12 years and have bought many top quality components for many track bikes from them, the service, speed of delivery and aftersales support is second to none, I have even had support on the phone over the weekend when fitting items purchased from RRRPs. Brett and his team are excellent. Highly recommend contacting them before anyone else.

RRPS, has delivered a great service to me.
The customer support is very good, and they ensure a perfect and reliable delivery service.
