RNG Classics - Self drive classic cars  Omdömen

I had RNG’s Aston Martin for a day in the Cotswolds. Lovely car and great service! Will definitely come back again!
Thankyou.

Robbie at RNG Classics offers a fantastic service.

We hired a beautiful classic red Mustang convertible. The car was in perfect condition.

My husband couldn't stop smiling!!
He loved it so much!

Thank you so much for your generous and speedy help.

We will be back for more cars soon!!!

Thank you,
Louisa x

Hired the Jaguar E type for a weekend away with the wife and couldn’t have been happier with the car and the service from start to finish.

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect having never hired or driven an E type before (or any classic car for that matter) but Robbie was extremely helpful, professional and patient, taking the time to talk me through the options and details.

After making the booking, communication from Robbie was excellent all the way to the day of pick up. And boy, was I glad I went for Jag (a car I’ve always lusted after)! The car was simply stunning in the flesh and then there was the drive itself. They say never meet or drive your car heroes but this wasn’t the case with the E type. It’s a truly special, special car - smooth, powerful and brimming with character. And after a wonderful weekend away with it, I was sad to give the keys back but what a truly memorable experience - proper bucket list stuff!

Would thoroughly recommend RNG to anybody who wants a seamless and unforgettable classic car experience.

I had such a great experience and have left the day with a massive smile on my face! Robbie and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Thank you RNG for making my Porsche dream come true 💫

I booked the Mustang for a special weekend getaway. What a car. What a drive. What an adventure. Rob was really helpful with the up front planning, friendly, timely and clearly very passionate about his business. He’s building something special here - fulfilling the dreams of those who want access to the best, high quality classic cars across the UK. Count me in. I highly recommend RNG Classics for anyone who looking for a sense of nostalgia and a brief escape from everyday life.

Booked RNG’s Rolls Royce for my daughter’s wedding. A few days before the event I was told it was unavailable and was offered an alternative. Fair enough in itself and, although not ideal, I had few choices at that point and accepted the Mustang. However, the vehicle became completely undriveable on the journey to the wedding, bride on-board. I accept breakdowns can occur, but my dissatisfaction is with RNG’s refusal to provide any refund of the hirer fee. Initially things progressed professionally, and I was told that I should be entitled to some level of refund and there was even the mention of a further gesture of goodwill. However, as the weeks went by the tone of communications changed with increasing, albeit indirect, comments to the effect that the failure was in some manner my fault. It appeared water ingression into the electrical system was the problem although how RNG felt I was responsible, or could have avoided this, was never made clear. It appears being caught in the rain (not totally unlikely in the UK) is a hirer’s risk! After 9 weeks RNG finally returned the security deposit but were still unforthcoming on my request (and their initial offer) of a refund of my hirer fee. When pressed, they even wrote that the repair bill might be “… coming your way”. Finally, they stated that no refund of my hirer fee would be made and included a touching indication of their attitude to clients with the statement “Of course you will tell us that you did all the right things, people always do”. Further, they wrote that their legal representative would get in touch, presumably to address my refund request. Since then, and despite reminders, more than 3 months have passed without any contact from their representative. Looking at other negative reviews, I expect RNG will attempt to create an alternative narrative. Readers can draw their own conclusion. In my opinion, very much not recommended.

I booked the e type as a suprise for my boyfriends 30th.
Robbie was super responsive and helpful in making the plans, also very friendly and clearly passionate about what he does and classic cars!
My boyfriend was absolutely stoked. The car was in very good nick and drove like a dream.

Would highly recommend!

Great range of cars, all in brilliant condition. And great customer service from Robbie.

After a lot of research and checking reviews went for RNGs Porsche 356 replica and a gorgeous car it was despite open top touring at -2. Robbie was a great help with making arrangements as it was a birthday surprise for my wife. He was very professional and engaging at the same time. Would have no problems recommending RNG who have a very good choice of classic cars to hire.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Would only be going back to these guys for more hire cars 🚗

RNG Classics have provided an exceptional service. I couldn’t be more grateful for the attention to detail to make every moment of the experience so perfect from the very first moment I met them. With endless gratitude, Hayley

Amazing service. Thankyou for being so efficient , you knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered a 10/10 service! Would recommend to others and will be using again in the near future! Thanks again!!

Robbie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had the fortune of renting the rolls Royce for a day, he made the whole process extremely easy and comfortable and the car was beautiful. Will be only renting from him now on !!

Experience the thrill of driving a classic car with RNG! We rented the Jag and had an excellent experience in late August 23. My wife and I are from the US and had a day in England before we left on a cruise. Robbie brought the car to our hotel and picked it back up. The car was in perfect condition and was a real attention grabber! Robbie helped us plan a route in the area. We cruised through charming small towns, turning heads at every stop. It was fun to feel like a rock star. People would stop walking and stare at us as we drove past. It's not every day you get the chance to create a special memory that will last a lifetime. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity - give it a go and see for yourself why we highly recommend it!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish!

I hired a Porsche 356 for my wedding in September, and what a perfect car for a perfect day. I could not have been happier with the car itself - we were extremely lucky and had the hottest day of the year, so having a convertible to drive away from the church in really added an amazing touch to the day.

Although Robbie had an accident on one of his other cars on the day, he still managed to get the car dropped off to us whilst dealing with the other situation, so a huge thanks for that.

Could recommend RNG anymore, you won't regret it!

Contacted Robbie at relatively short notice to hire the 308 as a surprise for my fiancée and as others have said, it was a seamless experience from start to finish. The car really turned heads and completed our wedding album! Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service! Recently hired a BMW M3 Convertible for 1 days filming hire. Great communication, punctual and friendly service from Robbie. Will definitely recommend and will use again on future projects.

Robbie arrived on time and drove the bridesmaids, followed by the bride and father to the venue. He was very friendly and made my daughter’s dream of arriving in classic mini come true. Car was gorgeous and immaculate.

Used RNG Classic for my wedding day and the experience was very much seemless. We agreed a delivery and pickup time, both of which needed to be spot on to avoid any disruption to the wedding timings, and they were absolutely spot on. Highly recommend.

We decided to use R&G Classics for our wedding day and could not have been happier with our experience from start to finish. We was lucky enough to experience the Jaguar E-Type which most definitely looked the part. With many things to think about on the day, Robbie ensured that hiring our dream car was one less thing to worry about.
