RMS Energy Solutions LTD Omdömen

We’ve gone from a house full of costly electric heaters and boiling the kettle just to wash the pots, to a full air source heat pump system with instant hot water, cavity wall insulation, and solar panels to top it all off!

RMS have been fantastic from start to finish, answering all my questions along the way. The installation went smoothly, and every team that visited our property was professional and friendly throughout. The finished result is amazing — I still find myself grinning every time I open the shoe cupboard and see the new shiny water tank sitting there.

A massive thank you to RMS — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Exemplary professionalism and great customer care shown by highly-competent planners and technicians at every stage of work from initial planning to completion.

RMS Energy deserves to be commended for its drive towards ensuring zero net carbon dioxide emissions for the uk.

The workers were very polite left my home clean tidy. I’m 77 and I felt very safe with them in my home. They explained how heaters storage heater worked. I’m delighted with solar panels and heat in my bungalow thank you all so much.

Thought it was too good to be true, but was proven wrong. Had full gas central heating fitted in my house only took a day lads were absolutely brilliant. Put everything back how it was no mess or damaged to property. Thank you, Sean.once again amazing job.

The process was extremely smooth and I received excellent help and support with the application and paperwork from Sheila who was extremely helpful and once the application was accepted the work and installation was carried out speedily and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding A first class job was done by all and I thank everyone involved so much for my new boiler I really appreciate it

RMS installed insulation, new storage heaters and solar panels on my Bungalow last August, 2024. did a good professional job, but equally as important they guarantee their work and they really do come out and correct anything that they have done that goes wrong! We do live in the real world and sometimes things just go wrong.
Had an unusual electrical fault, a friend who used to be an electrician had no idea what the problem could be, after going through a number of possibilities. Today Ian Jones, who installed the storage heaters together with his apprentice, Christian, examined the ring mains and having bought some special equipment to help discover the problem found the fault and repaired it. First class service from a professional team in a very professional company. I might add I chose RMS from my Council's list of energy solutions installers, due to their good feedback, it was correct!

Had an electric boiler that was really expensive to run
RMS energy got in touch and said I should qualify for a scheme to maybe get new heating , insulation and solar panels - They came out and explained everything to myself and the landlord and within a few weeks confirmed I qualified
They installed Internal Wall Insulation , Room in Roof insulation , Air source heat pump with new radiators and also solar panels on the roof .
All the teams were excellent , knew what they were doing , clean and tidy and really helpful . Shaun helped all the way through with any questions and helped organise everything with their office .
Fully professional outfit from top to bottom .
Can fully recommend

RMS Energy Solutions quoted me for cavity wall insulation. Their price was better than the competition and their product (thermal beads) was also better, so I went with them. I am glad that I did as I was very pleased with the way they dealt with me from the initial survey to the day of the installation. A good company - one I have no issues in recommending to others.

RMS have been brilliant, Woking as a local Councillor I have referred 5 residents to have boiler upgrades & 1 to have an ASHP installed via the Governments Free Eco4 Scheme.
All of the Residents have pro actively contacted me to say how happy they are with the levels of the customer & quality of the work.

I would strongly recommend anyone using RMS to help with Energy efficiency & upgrades.

Best Regards

The 5 Stars are for Ian the electrician who spent a good few hours installing new Quantum storeage heaters and panel heaters. Ian's work rate was first class and very meticlous.
A true professional.
Please pass our thanks to Ian.

Excellent communication and care from Shaun. The work was carried out swiftly and to the agreed schedule. They were positive and helpful in resolving any snagging. Overall, it was as pleasant an experience as possible and I would recommend their services to others.

Dealing with Shaun and his Team at RMS Energy Solutions was like having your own support unit backing you up during a difficult time in your life. We had already been through a bad experience with a not so supportive Company letting us down at the last minute, ie the week before instal. Shaun makes a promise and sticks with it and you. There are solutions out there, for some of us external issues make things not so straight forward but it's good to know that people like Shaun exist to lead us past those issues. We have nothing but good things to say about him and his Company. Thank you Shaun.

Paul Carter and his team spent two weeks insulating and decorating an extension between my house and garage so that I could use it for more than a couple of months during the summer and I could not be more pleased with the results. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop at all stages of the process.
The whole experience was a real joy and the quality of the work was excellent. Two new doors, top quality insulation to walls and ceiling, perfectly fitted skirting boards, architraves and window cills, plastering as smooth as a baby's bottom, the exact colours I wanted painted - everything was just as I'd envisioned. I cannot recommend RMS Energy too highly.

Highly recommended. They fitted a boiler for my elderly Mother through an ECO4 scheme grant. Engineers are reliable, tidy and friendly, and materials seem to be top quality.

I can really recommend RMS energy first hand. They do exactly what they say and are very reliable and very friendly and helpful I was a bit sceptical when they said it's funded but it's covered and put you at ease explain everything to you and keep in contact all the time. Thanks to everyone involved.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Special Thanks to Shaun

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received from this energy company—especially from Shaun—deserves serious recognition.

From the start, Shaun was clear, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had no idea what kind of grants I might qualify for, but he explained everything in simple terms and made the whole process feel easy. No jargon, no confusion—just honest advice.

What really impressed me was the reliability. Every time Shaun said he’d call or follow up, he actually did—on time, every time. That alone sets them apart.

The team who came to carry out the work were efficient, polite, and tidy. Everything was done smoothly and professionally.

Most importantly, every promise was kept. There were no delays or excuses—just solid, dependable help that made a real difference. The energy improvements have already started to show on my bills, and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for real support and someone who knows what they’re doing, ask for Shaun. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Also the quality of workmanship with all the tradesmen was of the highest of standards.

Highly recommended. Five stars

Brilliant company, great communication all the way through the whole process, from survey to installation. There workmanship is first class, more than happy with my new boiler and radiators. Excellent 5 stars !!!

The builders (Jamie and Andrej) worked in my home for a week and plumbing brothers Andy and Clive for a day. They could not do enough to be helpful. Jamie and Clive both returned to clear up odds and endsThey were cheerful and efficient. Their tidying up afterwards was meticulous. These are four hardworking guys that I would be happy to welcome into my home again. The work was part of the ECO scheme providing Internal Wall Insulation and Central Heating renovations.
