I purchased rms beauty Legendary Seum Lipstick in Angela to replace L’Oréal Colour Riche in Divine Wine for a cruelty free option. The product is rather on the dry side but the color is almost a dupe.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NULL AND VOID. THEY ARE IDIOTS SENT SEVERAL EMAILS ABOUT AN ORDER WITH NAME ORDER NUMBER AND TRACKING STATING THE ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED. IT STATES DELIVERED BUT I SPOKE TO THE USPS CARRIER HE NEVER DELIVERED AND THE LEASING OFFICE NO ONE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. THESE MORONS SEND ME AN EMAIL BACK WITH THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND A STATEMENT IT LOOKS LIKE YOU WANT A RETURN AND A LINK. DO THEY EVEN KNOW HOW TO READ WHAT DO I HAVE TO RETURN IF THEY READ THE EMAILS I SAID I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER!

Super Shady Company with Predatorial business practices @ direct to consumer website. Its also all over reddit referring to RMS Shady Sale Practices at checkout. The sale prices aka bait sale price is switched to the real price @ checkout AND your shady rewards points wont work at checkout. RMS GHETTTO customer service aka a lowlife *Nathalie* will email you some fraudulent msgs falsely claiming to know nothing about rms shady sale practices even though ots All Over The Internet & Reddit!!! So you believe rms claims of clean in gradients? Did you hear for every rat you see there's 50 yuh dont see? Since rms pulling dirty moves out in the open on their public website & Instagram do you really believe rms ingredients clean behind the scenes?! What's done in the dark is revealed in the light!

They will spam you aggressive email marketing campaigns aka bait n switch practices since their so called rewards points program is a scam at checkout.

Someone shady named
* Nathalie* will then contact you to resolve the bait n switch and yet she never resolves this endlessly shady predatorial business practice.

You can only imagine whats really in their products!

They don't ship their products!! I ordered from them twice and never received the items. (Both times, I received an email saying they would notify me when my items shipped, but after a long delay, they never did- I had to cancel both orders).

I appreciate that the items contain less toxic ingredients, but in my opinion, the products are over-priced, over-hyped, and low quality. The color/shades and too much glitter make me wonder if they are trying to market to pre-teens and drug store shoppers.

-Redimension Hydra Dew Luminizer: VERY glittery. Looked like I was wearing some kind of '90s Britney Spears Body glitter spray.
-Uncoverup concealer: moisturizing formula, but no staying power
-Lip2Cheek: lovely shades, but disappears in 30 minutes on my skin
-Luminizer (cream): disappears into skin in about 15 minutes
-Lipsticks: waxy and splotchy
-Kakadu beauty oil: smelled rancid
-Make up bases and liquid concealer: oily, glue-like consistency. Will stick to your hands and face-- very difficult to remove; improvement on the other products that do not last
(I previously purchased these from Credo and made the mistake of ordering an item from rms directly-- BIG MISTAKE).

I’m amazed at the bad reviews, best service I’ve ever received of a beauty brand. Responsive, good advice and amazing returns service.

I’ve just bought and received the Hydra Setting Powder in Light. The powder itself is everything I hoped it would be – super fine and soft, natural appearance, blurs imperfections, not too much colour, less dry and therefore more comfortable than the previous iteration (‘Un’ Powder). I no longer feel the need to wear foundation, just concealer. However, the packaging REALLY lets the product down. Firstly, there’s a lot of plastic, with no attempt to make the packaging more sustainable, e.g. by using perhaps cardboard, bamboo, aluminium (with low packaging refills). Secondly, the plastic topper covering the powder is an enigma. It has a little flip-up bit (covering the RMS stencil holes) that is really difficult to open, especially without also pulling off the main plastic lid beneath it and accidentally spilling the powder. This packaging makes no practical sense and it’s hard to see how RMS allowed this to happen. I have just had to buy a different compact to distil the powder into, which is more unnecessary packaging, more waste and more money. RMS, please, please have a rethink. The lack of thought and care about this is, for the first time, making me question the brand’s values.

Horrible customer service, email responses only and not willing to address issues. Some products are good, some are not good. I bought multiple products and returned one. I did not get a full refund for the return, as promised on the website.

I really love this line especially since I have mature skin. I’ve seen improvements in the texture and hydration of my skin since using. I also love the makeup line because it does not dry my skin out and the color range is not too orangey.

I have seen negative comments about shipping. I agree it can take longer than if you order from Amazon. However, if you want to receive their monthly promotions and freebies, I definitely think it is well worth a couple of extra days to wait.

My first order never arrived. After I contacted them they arranged another delivery for me. When I received the package one of the eye lights was on a different box. The box was opened and ripped off without the metal tool. I emailed them back. Customer service (Jennifer) didn’t bother to apologize, didn’t accept returns

I love this company and their products. I'm over 70 and love the clean ingredients - love the lip2cheek and illuminizer, etc. Had a problem with my order being put in the mailbox in 100 degree weather and they sent me a new order immediately - Never had a problem with getting the products quickly and customer service has always been there! This is a bonafide company - NOT A SCAM as some say.....

I placed an order on August 25th.2024, but I have not received my package yet. I contacted customer service twice and got no reply at all. Can REFY customer service reply to me here? Is there any hope for me to receive my package? This is a very bad shopping experience

I’ve bought a number of products from RMS Beauty and found them to be excellent quality. The loose face powder is wonderful, very fine milled and no build up when reapplied. There lipstick/stain is like a blast of moisture when used. I’ve received a fabulous free moisturiser which is excellent and have been able to track my order from the US to the UK with no issues so far. I’ve got my 3rd order arriving on Monday. Would definitely recommend for people of any ages as the quality of the products carry it.

After contacting customer service a couple of times my product finally arrived. It appeared the product hadn't been dispatched.
I ordered a product on 19 June and it’s still
not arrived. I did receive an update from customer services telling me it was on its way and shipping to uk 7-15 days. It’s now day 15 and tracking says it’s still not even been disptached! If I receive any useful update or the product does arrive I’ll come back with an update. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I bought a lipstick from RMS beauty that had an innovation twist up system to apply....well you can twist it up for sure but you can't twist it back down! What a ridiculous system! I have used Charlotte Tilbury , Victoria Beckam and every fabulous high end brand ...normal application... but this! I can't retract it and the lipstick now has broken, never again!

I’m baffled by these negative reviews. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service and no automatic shipments that I did not order or place! RMS Beauty products are quality and honestly as a 62 year-old female these are the best products I have ever used. They’re very hydrating and it just makes your face, and your skin glow remarkably! I will continue to use RMS beauty products as long as they continue to make them, excellent product! I highly recommend! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments!

This company signs you up for automatically renewing any products you order, without your knowing it. Then when you fill out a return request, their computer ignores it. Their phone line, which may be fake, has no one to return calls. I had to write the CEO to get a response and send the products back at my own expense. A rip off

Scam company. Never received my order and had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I did like this company I still have not received my order and now they partially refunded me for the one product that motivated me to make the whole order in the first place. The communication has been poor and I’m really dissatisfied and because I really not sure if I will receive the products I thought I had purchased previously.

I still haven’t received my order!! Customer service did not reply to my query, don’t spend your money with this company!!

RMS Beauty has no customer service. I made a mistake entering my address and no one to help. Of course they take your money haha. I’ve tried and tried but they have lied and ignore me. I hear their products are average so I will take the loss and move on.
