Absolutely awful company to deal with. Took a month to get the clothes in the first place, the when they came the sizing was wrong. Took over a month for someone to sort the return, now I’ve returned the items and not sent replacements and I can’t get hold of anyone. Having to go through the bank to get my money back which they are arguing against yet they can’t reply to me!! Absolute joke

Ordered clothes from rmdy and they didnt send me one of the items, ive emailed twice about it and not heard anything in over a week. Massively disappointed

Despite emailing to ask for the correct sizes and the rest of my order I still haven’t heard a thing! Thanks RMDY guess I won’t be getting a refund nor the clothes I ordered.

Not even worth a single star. I’ve ordered clothes from this company before with no issues, but this time has been an absolute joke. I placed my order in late November and it’s now January with no parcels and no updates. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for information and a refund, all of which have been completely ignored. The one time I actually received a response, it was rude and condescending. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I’m now forced to get a chargeback through my bank because they are refusing to respond or take responsibility.

Quick delivery and easy to use website

Ordered 2 hoodies before Christmas took about 3 weeks to arrive then wrong colour sent . Still waiting for replacement. Christmas over so now just need to return the hoody but correspondence is so slow.

Item are good quality. Good lenght on Joggers. My son really happy with them both. Delivery was as as promised when ordered. Would use again.

Nothing looks like the pictures everything fits very bad and it’s very cheap horrible thin material sending everything back will never purchase again.
After returning the clothes haven’t heard a thing back absolute shambles of a company.

Was a bit skeptical after ordering as there seemed to be lots of complaints about delivery times. Not so, delivery was prompt, communication at every stage of process, clothes really good quality.

On the 1.12.2025, l ordered four items. Regrettably, It took 12 days for delivery but more importantly, the quality of the clothes is shocking!

I have made 2 requests with no response from them, to obtain their ‘approval to return’. Their returns policy states that items must be returned at YOUR expense. Yet, RMDY also deduct THEIR original shipping costs from your payment. The ‘contact us’ link has been repeatedly used, but it is really not fit for purpose.

I want a refund and do NOT recommend ordering from RMDY as the quality of clothing is appalling and the customer service is awful.

Would give zero stars if possible. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. I had emailed and DM'd for delivery updates but got ignored. When it did arrive, the quality was shocking. Returned the item next day via 24 Tracked Royal Mail. I had read the returns policy which is quite a joke. States no refund of original postage (against consumer rights within 14 days and full return of order) and sale items are exchange only, again, against consumer law (and the whole shop is on sale!).

No refund after 8 days so messaged them. Surprise, surprise, 2 days later, a refund minus shipping! Will be reporting to trading standards and getting my bank involved if they do not process a FULL refund.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere, the clothes are awful anyway. Don't bother commenting on their Facebook posts either, they just delete them.

Their policy says 7-10 day shipping. It’s been over 10 days and I don’t even have a shipping label. I emailed customer service and their response was be patient. These were supposed to be Christmas presents and I’m getting no help from customer service to get my order in the timeline they gave and they’re ignoring my multiple requests for a refund. 0/10

Items were dispatched very fast and received them quick as well, they seem very good quality and I am happy with my experience. No complaints from me :)

Love there quality of clothing

ordered clothes on 4th December supposed to be shippped 3-5 days after today is 15th December just got the dispatch notification 😔😔😔😔😔😔
They need to fix customer service engagement also

i ordered two items on the 2nd of december 2025. it says 3 to 5 working days for delivery. its been longer than that and still havent received the items. ive contacted them many times but havent got a response. what is this poor customer service??? i cant even get a refund because the only form of contact is their email and they dont bloody respond.

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered MID NOVEMBER and received an email 2 days later it had been dispatched. Royal Mail STILL says they haven’t even got it yet and it has been a month. I’ve send countless emails, messages to their social media pages, no reply at all. An absolute scam and disgrace.
