Ordered 5 items from the website, as they looked really nice on the website and social media. Order came in time and I can’t be happier with the service and the quality of the products. The T-shirts and sweatshirt feel premium for the price tag! Definitely will be ordering again.

Avoid avoid avoid - placed an order and they sent the wrong item, after waiting a week for a reply on how to resolve this they came back to me and said ‘send it back and we’ll replace it with the right item’ which I did promptly and it was returned to them on 23/2… I am still waiting for me replacement item to come… have emailed them numerous times and had zero response and am currently £100 out of pocket!!! To say I am fuming is an understatement and no way of getting in contact with them except by email which they do not reply to!!!

Been shopping with RMDY for 10 years now and the clothing quality is top notch. I’ve got upwards of 30 pieces from them and if there has ever been an issue with postage or sizing they have been easy to deal with and sort out. Even spoke to James direct to hunt me down a jumper that was no longer sold and he sorted it within a few days. Been a pleasure to be part of the journey

I would avoid using this company at all costs. Inexperienced with absolutely zero customer service. They steal your money and your clothing when you send stuff back. Legal action will be taken.

The worst company I’ve had to deal with. Can’t get in touch with them because they don’t respond to any emails or messages. Returned my order mid Jan and still heard nothing from them. Customer service is appalling. The order took weeks to come as well. Avoid at all costs. Abysmal

Paid 80£ for two hoodies, meant to come in 2-4 days as a valentines gift- never received , didn’t even receive a confirmation- had stuff off them before a while back but it seems that if there’s an issue or order gets lost they don’t care, don’t waste your money- 80£ basically stolen off me

I've used quite a lot i like the quality of there t shirts especially, but having had to wait over a week for 6 pairs of black socks they sent me 6 pair of white socks!
No reply from my contact form that in, stuck with over £50 worth of socks which I don't wear, not good

How does anyone get a refund from this company? My 14 year old son purchased some items for Christmas. He received faulty goods and I sent them back exactly as requested with a returns number and documentation. I have a tracking number and photographic evidence from Royal Mail that they were received intact on 2nd January. I have been emailing them since mid December regarding the return and have not had one reply other than to authorise the return. Anyone had any better experience? Thank you

Update: So I’m being asked to provide more information or my review will be taken down? Not sure what this means but it appears RMDY are challenging that this is a genuine review and that I have never done business with them. What more information would you like? I’d suggest if you want more information from me try answering the four emails I have sent you asking for updates. Thank you.

Order placed November 2025, never received, 3 emails ignored has to go through my bank to get the money back.

They seem to have changed social media handles and are actively deleting negative comments on them.

AVOID.

Do not buy from them. I ordered on September 2024 and never received my T shirt, i’ve sent more then eight E-mails myself and they replied 2 times. First time giving me an apology and 2nd time asking for information. After these two emails they sent, they’ve decided to ignore all the following emails. The last email i sent was in February 2025 so it took me 5 months till i really realised it they didn’t give a f* and scammed me.

I saw them come across again and thought to leave the review they deserve…. Don’t make the same mistake by ordering there, don’t let them fool you!!!
