Real Men Apparel Company builds men's underwear that actually fits. Most men's underwear is designed as if every guy has the same body. That is a hundred-year-old mistake. So we built a fit system instead of a size chart. Every pair uses our ABCD pouch sizing. You pick your waist, XS through 5XL. Then you pick an A, B, C, or D pouch. That is 36 fit combinations in a single style, which makes us the most size-inclusive men's underwear brand on the market. Our pouch is external, not an internal flap divider sewn inside the garment. The body gets space, support, separation, and airflow instead of compression. The system came out of four years of product development. Over a thousand pairs bought and tested from around the world. Samples from more than 40 factories. Hundreds of revisions, some of them a single centimeter at a time. The results show up in the numbers. 95 percent of customers get the right fit on the first try. Our return rate stays under 10 percent, less than half the apparel industry average. 39 percent of our customers come back and buy again. Love the strapless jockstrap
Love the strapless jockstrap! It is so comfortable and I definitely feel sexy in them. I got the 3 pack and wore one every day. I just ordered myself another pack. I suggest when you’re sizing yourself, go down one cup size than you think. It’ll help keep your package where it needs to be. Great buy!

Thank you so much for the feedback. We do offer expedited shipping via UPS if you want to go that route in the future. We have tried to work with FedEx but they will not give us any decent quotes for our business even though we're shipping 500 to 1,500 packages a day.

Love their pouch sizing and fabrics. Customer service took me 6 emails explaining the issue with them responding to their immediate interpretation of issue and not reading the whole message before responding. Seemed to be either a bot or soneone redponding with only prescribed replies. Someone finally acknowledged the unique situation and asked me what size I wanted them to send me one of to try, then when I responded with the size, they said nope, not gonna do it.

Our standing policy with our customer service team is to be over-accommodating from a replacement standpoint to help people find the right size that works well for them. We would typically only deny a replacement order if there's been a history of issues in the past with prior orders.

Ordered leggings and chose wrong size pouch size. Advertising says 100% satisfaction guarantee, however trying to exchange has taken three emails only to find they will charge a fee for refund or exchange. Be sure you order correctly or be prepared for run around and extra costs for your satisfaction.

We're super sorry you had an issue with the order. Yes, we try to be amazingly accommodating with replacements and returns, and we want to help guys find the right size. Sometimes that can take one or two replacement sets. We only tighten things up if the customer has a history of issues with prior orders.

When you are in a product and pick pouch size and waist size, it would be great if it held when you switch colors or items that are on the same page. Also, the spend at the top should always be updated to accurate price to try to different levels, shipping, discounts, etc. and not just float back down pending the sale discount that is already showing to the customer. (This is separate from discount codes).

I have purchased products from real men…
I have purchased products from real men apparel. And they are a good product.
But I have a problem with them sending me out advertisements relentless throughout the day. I’ve asked three times to be unsubscribed and was told it would be taken care of this matter and never was.
I know how to get a hold of this company if I choose to purchase more product.
This is very annoying when these advertisement constantly pop up.
