After considering a redesign of our website for over two years, and putting it off due to the perceived complexity and time investment, we finally reached out to RJP Design. To our delight and astonishment, the process was made so simple and easy by Ross and his team, we're kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner.

We are positively impressed with the speed and clarity of communication between our team and theirs. In addition, any change or addition we requested was met with a positive attitude and an immediate result.

When I hear DNS, VPN, and an assortment of other terms and acronyms it feels like I'm hearing a foreign language, but while working with RJP they broke things down and made everything easy to understand - even for someone with very limited knowledge of the technical aspects of their work. I found this very reassuring and comforting.

All in all, I have genuinely enjoyed the experience working with them thus far and hope to continue our partnership as our website grows.
