I’m a seasoned real estate professional who has had the opportunity to work with several electricians throughout my career, and I know how important it is to have a reliable, knowledgeable electrician you can trust.

I called Richard with RJ Son & Electric for a last-minute electrical repair on the Friday afternoon of Labor Day. The power had stopped working in our bedroom, and I was hoping to get the issue resolved before the weekend. Richard was able to come out that same day and quickly diagnose the problem within minutes. He explained exactly what had caused the electrical issue and what was needed to correct it, and he completed the repair efficiently and professionally.

What really stood out to me was Richard’s knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. He was straightforward about the work that needed to be done and was completely comfortable discussing fair and reasonable pricing before moving forward. That level of honesty and communication is incredibly important when you’re inviting someone into your home.

As a real estate professional, I’m often asked to recommend trustworthy contractors and home-service professionals to clients, and I would have no hesitation recommending RJ Son & Electric. Finding a dependable electrician who is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and takes pride in his work is invaluable.

If you’re looking for a professional electrician for electrical repairs or service in Suffolk County, I highly recommend Richard and RJ Son & Electric. I will absolutely be calling him again for future electrical needs and will be confident referring him to my real estate clients, homeowners, and colleagues.

The owners name is Richard, i have used him multiple times. I wont let any other electrician aside from him into my house. Great work every time, fair prices and very respectable

Richard is the picture of professionalism. Not only did he explain what the problem was, but he figured it out right away. I highly recommend this company & will definitely use them in the future if need be.

I couldn’t be happier with Rich’s work. He’s professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and takes real pride in doing the job right. It’s hard to find someone you can genuinely trust, but Rich absolutely earned mine. If you’re looking for an electrician who does excellent work and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend him!

I have used them many times and recommended them to many friends and family. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest, transparent and quality work. Doesn’t get any better than Rj & Son!
