i ordered from here around a month ago and received a great product and great support on emails by Andy too. Would recommend

The shoes took over a month to be delivered and only arrived then as I emailed them. Left on the driveway by the courier in the rain.
They were not damaged but did not fit even after getting as size bigger as advised.
Contacted the company for a return and have had to send more emails to get a response.
Told I can have a refund but I need to send them back to China at my own expense.
Rip off company.
They show a false star rating on their promotions from goodness knows what organisation.
I commented on their Facebook promotion pages and even put their email reply on there. Funny but I seem to be blocked now.

Ordered from what I was lead to believe a UK SITE. trainers arrived 11 days later from china , ordered my size and these were way too small , tried contacting them for a return address , this took another week to get a response,, finally got a return address and it turns out it will cost you £31 to return these safety trainers , complete rip off and to be fair the quality is poor , think twice before you buy from these scammers , they do not like replying to emails once they have your money

Scam scam scam !!! Poor quality safety trainers, lace system broke within 3 days of wearing, I’ve emailed the company many times now and had no replies. Very poor customer service. Product took 3 weeks to arrive and I didn’t even get 1 week of wear out of them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS !!!!

blocked from facebook account can see when not loged into facebook brought a pair a few days ago worked ok for 1 shift before shoe dedrigation occured arch of shoe digging into arch of foot brought what i seemed to be the correct size apparently not

Safety trainers not true to size too small company eventually responded with returns address (private house) sent at own expense they claim not received with proof of photos sent by email and stopped communicating not refunded, out of pocket cost of trainers which have been returned and postage - Poor quality - Poor customer service - Poor communication - Very Dissatisfied - Avoid!

Shoes ordered on the 16th of June can’t track the delivery taken Money and are not replying

Ordered and taken my money, can’t track my order, don’t answer messages and now taken down their Facebook page.

I believe this could be a fraudulent company as can’t get hold of them

I ordered a fixing tool on the 23rd April. Emailed on the 25th May to say it has still not been delivered. I had a reply saying there was a delay and it will be with me in a couple of days. Emailed on the 17th June to say it has still not arrived and I would like a refund. Not had a reply or a refund. Starting to think it’s a con. Be warned.

Had an issue with my delivery address so I emailed their support and they helped out straight away. Happy with the shoes as well
