Moving my payment date
I had a question about moving my payment three days. He was fantastic. He took care of the whole thing within five minutes. And he also told me what my total loan was for, and what my total payment would be if I never made an extra payment. I felt like that was truthful and helpful information.

Overall it was easy to apply. Verify at end was little difficult but I got a lizzie that helped me out on chat. Got thru it & had $$$ same day. High interest but they tell you up front. But if u need a loan have bad credit they help

I received my loan quickly, funding early the next morning within. 12 hours of my late afternoon phone call and I was able to resolve my emergency situation .
The customer representative was understanding and transparent about what my repayment schedule would look like . I like having the option to pay off my loan early / or pay a big chunk of my loan off early to avoid incurring high interest fees .
One thing I would improve is that if I’m
Paying the amount borrowed on my my weekly due date I shouldn’t incur an interest fee. I should just pay the principal balance since I’m paying off the balance in full. That’s it x

River Valley has saved my butt so many…
River Valley has saved my butt so many times. The loan is expensive, but they let you pay off your loan early without any fees. The customer service agents have always been helpful and courteous. I’ve used River Valley for years, and I’ll continue using them in the future. Thank you River Valley.
