Worst customer service. You log in with your original name, your name gets taken down because it is “inappropriate” while it is your official birth name 🤣
Then people get bullied outside the alliance, you report it and you literally get told “try to move forward from now on” without actually taking any action, literally telling me to move on with my life, but hey an inappropriate birth name is more important to flag than someone’s mental health I suppose 🤣
It gives me the impression this game was developed by 12-year olds and then hired the cheapest customer service

I am deeply shocked and traumatized by the lack of moderation and safety within Topheroes (River Game). This game, which many players use as a peaceful escape, has turned into a toxic environment where severe crimes are tolerated.
Recently on our server, a player named "Rizzzler" subjected me to explicit racism (using derogatory terms like "Turkish Kezban") and severe, targeted sexual harassment. Following this, other players joined in, creating a mass cyberbullying circle that felt like a horrific "Purge Night."
As a woman who survived domestic violence in the past, finding a safe haven in a game was important to me. Instead, this unchecked platform triggered severe trauma, causing immense psychological damage.
River Game needs to realize that tolerating this level of severe cyberbullying and sexual harassment drives vulnerable and young players to suicide. It is a massive legal liability. If the management fails to permanently ban the perpetrators and clean up this server, this issue will be escalated directly to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and legal cybercrime units for allowing hate speech and harassment.
Do not play this game if you value your mental health and personal safety. The moderation team is completely non-existent and complicit by silence.

The ads for the games are blatant AI lies. None of the games play like they do in the ads on Facebook or YouTube. Do not download anything from them. Untrustworthy.

They make clones of the same game over and over. Run goddess, last war. These are really unoriginal, not fun games (filled with ads of similarly awful games from chinaland) copy paste garbage. Not fun, makes YT ads absolutely awful.

Chinese company that not only became greedy but will mute you if you open a ticket asking why the Name of Xing Jingping is blacklistet!

They make anything you buy obsolete and will deliver bad Qualität games. Avoid All games of this company!!!

A company that makes games such as top war, very expensive to free war game, it's good but of late the devil rule. Even if you make a permanent purchase they will take it away and not even say sorry or solve it in reasonable time

The support function is horrible and not helpful in any matter, they have made promises to return the money spend, yet they keep doing all the can to find new ways of delaying the process and not fulfilling their part of an agreement.
My best advise to anyone before spending money on this company - DONT ever get involved with this company, it’s a scam and when something goes wrong their service and support is useless
