Great customer service
We had an issue with the color quality on several photo plaques we ordered. Gretchen and the team worked to solve the issue and sent replacement plaques just in time for our big event. We knew Rivanna products were top-quality from our experience last year, and now we can definitely say their customer service is excellent too!
