After receiving the payment in advance, they don't send me the product I ordered, and they said, they're just checking it.
No response to the request for a refund.
No proper response for over a month.
I would like to report a scam incident involving a company named RISINFIRM TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, Business Registration Number 77599143, which I found through the Allboms website.
On September 19, 2025, I registered an RFQ (Request for Quotation) on the Allboms platform to purchase Cisco IP Phones 8841. Shortly afterwards, I received a Proforma Invoice (PI) from this company and made a payment of USD 1,864.
After receiving the payment, the company blocked all communication with us on WhatsApp and failed to deliver the goods or refund the payment. Furthermore, the company appears to be using a fake address in Hong Kong, although it is officially registered online.
i have placed an order and received different form this supplier, when i have contacted about the same he dint not reply on WhatsApp and email.
Suspiciously cheap price. Company registered Jan 2025. Address is shared by numerous other companies including one with sanctions.
May be legit, but not worth the risk imho
I placed an order for some specific automotive terminals. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive them only to find they had labelled some other terminals with the part number I requested, but not the correct terminal, probably about half the size, it was obvious. They responded telling me they had applied to the company for a refund to be processed and that it would take some time. 2 weeks down the line and they have ghosted me and not responding to emails. I’ve lost the order with my customer and now lost the money I spent on the terminals I was meant to receive. SCAM!!!
