There were some mishaps with my order and they were very helpful, patient and friendly. What started out as a bad experience turned into a great one because of the PEOPLE at rise. Awesome store. Awesome people.

I ordered for the first time on Black Friday and I was worry because it took 5 days to see any sort of activities on the tracking. However the support team was really helpful explaining about the additional delays shipping carrier had due to the volume of orders they process. I'm now at my 3 order in less than a year with Rise, I can safely say their material is unmatched by any brand I tried before. I recommend Rise to all my friends now, especially the softest collection, it's really soft.

Genuinely the best customer service experience I have ever had. They were very responsive (same-day replies) and quickly fixed a billing issue I had. They even expedited my order because my shipping address was about to change! Also super happy about the quality of the lever belt I ordered. No complaints, and will definitely order from them in the future!

I love Rise athletics and their products. I recently purchased 4 items and love each one of them. The fit is great and materials are high quality. I worked with customer service to have one of my items replaced; their customer service was friendly and very quick in regards to their responsiveness. I highly recommend this company/gear!

Paid for my good over 6 weeks ago and have still not arrived. No tracking information and no replies from their customer service. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

They are taking payments and not sending out orders to customers

Absolutely terrible customer service and I would advise avoiding this brand at all costs. I ordered around 4 weeks ago now after checking out some of their stuff online. Since then, nothing has arrived and Rise just ignore my emails. They responded to my first email chasing up the order with an email saying ‘Surely get delivered if the address details I provided were accurate’… hardly reassuring. Since then I have requested a full refund and this has been ignored. They blamed Canada Post but I just wanted to stress that I have family in Canada who have sent me stuff SINCE I ordered from Rise and guess what… those items have arrived.

My advise is to avoid this brand at all costs.

I ordered over 9 weeks ago. Paid a large amount for items and they never arrived, several emails were sent back and forth with customer service over the weeks. They never accepted responsibility, blaming the Canada post delays and that the package should ''Surely get delivered if the address details I provided were accurate''. They have ignored all requests for refunds or for the order to be reposted. Save your time and order from a more reputable brand.

Awful company, I wouldn't bother. Item has never been delivered, 25 days after ordering. Keep referring me to a Canada Post delay website (which says no delays). Unwilling to take responsibility, saying as long as the address is right it will turn up eventually! Honestly, I wouldn't bother, no proof they have shipped it and refusing to do anything about it. Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing.

I purchased a “premium” leather belt , what I received was far from that . The clasp didn’t work and would pop open during use . I decided to reach out and see if there was a possible solution . Their response was the following “ this is impossible “ but clearly state on their website that the clasp and belt are under warranty ! They went on to basically shame me , saying that I didn’t know how to use the belt properly ( not true , this isn’t my first belt .) after asking to leave a review for others , they flat out stopped responding .

After reading a few of these reviews it seems like this company has HORRIBLE customer service . The belt I was sent is the same belt you can buy from China , for 60 dollars ( I paid 200 ) . SAVE YOUR MONEY .

Company is horrendous. I ordered a belt from them, tried it on once and realized I ordered a size too small. I then paid $20 to have it shipped back for an exchange. Once they received the belt they stated it had clearly been used. If wearing a belt to try it on for about 5 seconds translates to “clearly used” as they stated then they should not be advertising a return policy. It gets better though... they proceeded to try to charge me to return the belt back to me. So at this point I was in about $110 on a $80 dollar belt and that doesn’t fit me. I had no interest in supporting this company anymore so I didn’t want to buy another belt from them and I didn’t even want to give them the shipping back. I filed a dispute through my credit card. About a month later Rise bills me another $67 dollars factoring in a $15 charge for disputing the belt ( which was back in Canada as they were demanding I cover shipping back.) All in all Rise has basically robbed me of about $200 bucks for an extremely lackluster belt which showed “signs of use” after just a single try on. To add salt to the wound their customer service is sarcastic and condescending, even using emojis while demanding money for no reason. They rather spend their money getting influencers to shill their crap products than on actually providing the services they advertise. It’s shameful that companies like this exist.

Buy Rogue, save yourself the headache. Rise support will not help you if anything goes wrong during shipping. I need to be clear, Rise apparel and equipment is of very good quality and the prices are fair. BUT they are unreliable when it comes to shipping. My package was supposed to be a bunch of Xmas presents, but it’s now January and a month or so has passed since they were scheduled to be delivered. Now all my tracking info will tell me is that there’s been no updates in over a month on my packages location and that I should stay tuned for updates, not providing a new expected delivery date. It’s been like that for weeks. Neither Rise nor Canada Post support has done ANYTHING helpful. I’m likely going to refute the charges from rise and return that mail to sender. I’d much rather buy Rogue gear if it saves me this headache.

I can tell you that the customer service sucks. I placed an order and they sent me a wrong size. They eventually replaced it. The second time, I placed an order, it took forever to ship. When I sent an email asking for estimated time to ship, they reply telling me not to contact them frequently due to customer service being busy.
The clothing itself is a decent and I like the majority of them. However, shipping time and awful customer service made me not wanting to place more order from them. This was a year ago and by reading the review, I can see that nothing had changed. I will look elsewhere, Lululemon, Hylete, etc.

The worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from them! I am still waiting for my order for my son! It was never shipped and Christmas passed. They suck and I am reporting them for false advertising on their website for shipping within 3 days! I ordered on Nov 27th!!! Then they tell me a week ago that they shipped partial and it’s still not here yet! Get it together Rise, you won’t have anyone buying from you.

Very poor customer service. Have never encounter such company with such low standards. They shipped my package to the wrong address and instead of sending me a new package they still waiting for the original order to get back to their facility before they can ship it back to me again. It is bee over a month since order was placed. Stay away from this company, not worth your money and I am not sure about the quality of their products, but something tells me is low quality based on their customer service.

Placed an order for international shipping and changed my mind within minutes - emailed their support team to cancel the order and they took over two days to get back to me, by which time the order was already shipped off. Customer support team was terrible and informed me they couldn't do anything about it (he used the emoji :S as a response to the situation) and wouldn't offer any form of compensation for their lackluster response time. I'm now stuck with waiting for the package to arrive within 2-3 weeks, then an extra 2-3 weeks to ship it back and get my return. The guy I emailed told me I should just try to sell the items to other people because "I'm pretty sure it won't be hard to sell such amazing products". Pathetic. I won't bother buying from them again no matter how good they think their products are.

Made an order friday afternoon, emailed the company to cancel it monday morning because my sizing was wrong, they took 24 hours to respond and now my package is already processed but not shipped and they still wont cancel it (it says as long as it isnt shipped they can cancel it), I was gonna order more gear but honestly these guys are shady asf and purposely waiting 24 hours to answer my request so they could say it was too late

The package never arrived, and the customer service stop replying my emails.
