Ripley Minibus Co Omdömen

Great service yet again from Lee and Luke at Ripley Minibus Company. Used for the 5th time for our annual golf trip airport runs, the use of the trailer is fantastic for large groups with lots of luggage. Will be definitely using again next year!!

Lee is always on time and his buses are top quality. They are very comfy (young people approved)
Lee is professional and supports us with transport for holiday programmes and events

Great driver arrived on time . Couldn't do enough for us . Bus was comfortable.. All in all it was a good job done for us .

Ripley minibus company are a very reliable service. Luke our driver was very helpful and responsive to messages. Definitely would use again and recommend to anyone.

Lee was amazing through the whole process from initial enquiry to booking and get us to and from the airport! First class service thanks 🙏

Both Lee and Mark were extremely professional and accommodating.
As a venue that does not usually offer a shuttle service, they were able to understand our requirements and adapt accordingly.
They not only provided a great service to our guests, the also worked extremely well with the team on site.
If you are looking for a shuttle bus/taxi service that is customer friendly and very well presented. Look no further.

Lee, what can I say?

After probably being a nightmare customer, Lee was nothing but kind, courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to sort out and arrange various lifts for my daughter’s wedding this weekend, making the whole process completely stress-free.

I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone looking for reliable and professional minibus hire. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Always a pleasure Lee!
Lee has been our driver for the last few years now. We take a group of Post 16 Students on a residential twice a year! Lee is great with the students they love him. He interacts brilliantly with them. We have requested music played, music quizzes!
Can’t recommend this Company enough! Excellent service from start to finish!
See you in March Lee - we’ll still have our crocs on 😂

The response time and availability were exceptional! I felt comfortable and confident booking Ripley Minibus for our executives from across the pond (US). Will definitely use them for my transportation when in the UK!

Booked for return trip to London Heathrow for family of 6.
Both trips ran really smoothly, on time, and stress free. Lee was waiting for us when we returned at the airport and was very helpful and friendly.

Lee was very helpful and reliable

Driver arrived early, drove sensibly and was friendly! Bus was very clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Cheerful helpful driver after a difficult start owing to the disability of one of the passemgers.

Lee was fantastic from start to finish he is a friendly chap and really helpful with luggage , he was on time and knew exactly when our flight was coming in….. we had a terrible experience and was diverted to London Stansted whilst in the air and Lee offered to pick us up when we were stranded there …. Couldn’t ask for a better driver and company highly recommend

Used for our family holiday airport run 11 people with luggage and 2 pushchairs easily fit in the trailer leaving the mini bus with loads of space to get comfortable highly recommend 5🌟 all the way thanks Lee👍

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The minibus was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The driver was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were perfectly on time, which made the whole journey stress-free. It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, punctual transport and will definitely be using them again. 5 stars all the way!

Very reliable, smart in appearance, polite and friendly with customers. Would highly recommend.

We used Lee at Ripley Mini Bus Hire for a private door-to-door transfer from our home in Derby to Manchester Airport — and back again — for our family holiday to Florida, and he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

His communication in the lead-up was excellent — clear, prompt, and reassuring. We mentioned that we might be coming back with more luggage than we took, and without any fuss, Lee turned up on the return journey with a luggage trailer attached to the back of the minivan. That kind of forward-thinking, proactive service really sets him apart.

The minivan itself is a spacious 12-seater (possibly more), and even on the outbound journey with five hold suitcases and five carry-on bags loaded up, we had a tonne of room. The seats are incredibly comfortable, and Lee even asked what music we wanted on — a small touch, but it set the tone for just how accommodating and personable he is throughout.

But what really stood out was how stress-free Lee made the whole experience. Driving to Manchester Airport is one thing, but knowing we didn't have to get behind the wheel after a 9-hour flight and a very long travel day home from Florida was an absolute godsend. He was brilliant with the kids too, and just a genuinely lovely, easy-going person to spend the journey with.

We wouldn't hesitate to book Lee again and would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and top-quality private transfer service. Five stars, without question.

Fab service and very accomodating. Would definitely use again and recommend
