I couldn't use the online insurance…
I couldn't use the online insurance portal but a very helpful customer service agent read through all the T&Cs, it too nearly 40 minutes but we finally got my motorhome insured for a cheaper cost than any other online insurance company.

While there may occasionally be a short wait if our advisers are assisting other customers, our telephone hold times have generally been very low recently. If there is a wait, you may hear hold music until the next available adviser is able to assist.

Quite annoyed as sent emails to get a quote for a camera that was gifted to me. To ensure cover I explained that the camera was a gift and that it is likely more then three years old. I asked if I can still insure this and the representative asked for more details of proof. I went to the effort to get the person who gifted me the camera to write a statement and provide receipts of the camera and a couple of Len’s. I sent this back to Ripe and never heard from them. They have no way to phone on the website as far as I can see. For a camera specific insurer it is very poor. I could not recommend them.
