I went to them for my tenant u need my property back from them and he help me with easy eviction in landlord and tenant also recovery my lost through small claim

I had a really great experience with…

I had a really great experience with Arash at Rio Law. From the beginning, he was very approachable, patient, and easy to talk to. Legal matters can be stressful and confusing, but he made everything feel much more manageable.

He took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense, answered all my questions without rushing, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just treating me like another case. I always felt supported and reassured knowing he was handling everything.

I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Arash and Rio Law to anyone looking for someone reliable, honest, and supportive.

Landlord paralegal

I want to appreciate Riolaw for great knowledge and effort regarding my tenant and landlord case and I took back the ownership of my home.After that he helped me in small claim court to recover all of my outstanding balance from my tenant.
