IVRs need work
Account managers are responsive and mostly helpful. Offer conversion tracking is questionable as are the IVRs.

Not Recommend
RingPartner has very rude customer service staffs who are not knowledgeable about answering questions. They are not helpful when you ask them questions about campaigns. There are also many reviews online about this company not paying affiliates and closing accounts. Not recommend.
