Not A Great Experience
The sizing on their website is completely inaccurate. Ordered Medium for a ring with raised stones US size 7 and it slips right off the hand. Offers no protection at all.
There’s also no accurate measurements (diameter of guards) on the website, nor do they provide that information when contacting them.
They also only answer half the questions that are asked.
Great idea and premise, but not worth wasting your time with them.

Hi Edy,
Thanks for taking the time to write a second identical review.
I am sorry you weren’t satisfied with your order.
I have reviewed your order and seen that you asked sizing details in your email which were answered accurately by our team, including recommendations for different sizes depending on your requirements.
You asked specific details regarding measurements of the product and materials. Our team did our best to inform you and help.
You received an answer to all questions and when satisfied, you placed an order with us.
We are grateful for your order and have had no request for exchange or refund from you which we have offered you in the event that the sizing or protection is not appropriate.
We would be delighted to make an exchange or refund for you if you are not satisfied!
Our team are aways contactable.

I’ve been looking for something to protect my rings and was very happy when I found RingGuard.
They are very comfortable to wear and the color options are great. Actually can’t wait for more colors to be added.

Thank you for taking the time to review RingGuard!
This company cares
EDIT:
Lewis reached out to me and was super helpful in helping me with this order. He refunded me and resend the order.... and guess what ? I JUST RECEIVED IT WOOHOOO! it took about 2 months but I have them now. Im extremely grateful that the company cares about their customers. thank you again for helping me out!
(removing one star because this shipping thing needs to be sorted out (I don't think its the company's fault but it takes away from the experience).
Produt review: I like the product, does what it says it does. My only problem is that mine is a little too big (I ordered a Medium per their website recommendation (my ring is a size 9) but i only use it to workout and it still works for what I need it to do!

Old review:
I keep getting asked to review these but I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been about 6 weeks since I ordered. Someone reached out about 2 weeks ago after I posted a review that I didn’t receive anything yet…and said they were resending my order.. still nothing. I don’t mind giving time to my order to show up but I’m starting to think I’ll never come… I think I might just ask for a refund…
If you got your order, I’m happy for you and a little jealous. I really wanted one of these.

Hi Noah,
Please can you contact our support team and they will investigate. We have no orders placed before 28/3 that haven’t shipped, so your order most definitely has.
I would like to resolve this for you. Please get in touch.
Peace of mind during exercise!
I wanted a Ring Guard to make sure that my engagement ring didn’t fall off when I go for a run. It definitely keeps it in place and I now use it all the time for gardening and baking etc. A size small fits me perfectly, it feels nice and secure but the ring guard is flexible enough that it’s comfortable and easy to put on and off. I would definitely recommend!

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung, Sascha!
No issues for me
Purchased a set of these for me and my wife as both our jobs normally need us to remove our rings so they don't get damaged. I love them, and they arrived in good time, well packaged etc. Nice wee company here
