Finally I had to pay twice the initial price.

Rimblades are just the best . I’ve been using them for few years now . But the company are great . Orders are sent quickly . Their product really work and help protect alloy wheels from damage ..

This is a lengthy and detailed review; if you're looking for a summary, please skip to the end. However, overall, I'm satisfied with my experience, although it was quite a challenging one. Would I recommend the brand? Definitely, yes.

My experience with Rimblades is a bit complicated, but I suppose it highlights the best aspects of the company. I'm based in New Zealand, and initially I bought a set of their top product, the Rimfinity wheel protectors. Since I'd just fitted new wheels to my car, I wanted to get the protectors installed as soon as possible, and I requested expedited shipping. Their Senior Customer Service Advisor, Dan Grimwood, responded promptly and assisted me with the issue. I received the package within a week, and when I opened it, I found only the four protectors, with no installation instructions or further information. I emailed Dan for assistance, and he promptly shared the installation instructions after discussing with his production team. I got my local tyre fitter to install the protectors, which was a bit complicated than I thought, since neither of us had any experience with this product. Once all four were installed, I shared pictures with Dan to confirm the fit, as I felt there was quite a bit of protrusion.
Dan immediately confirmed that the fitment was wrong and that it should only cover the edge of the wheel. Once Dan shared detailed instructions for refitting the tyre with the protectors, I got it reinstalled, and this time I stayed with the tyre fitter while they were doing it. I noticed that the protectors didn't remain between the wheels and tyres during inflation, even though they tried to hold them steady. After almost two hours, they managed a snug fit, but it wasn't easy. Given the exorbitant labour charges here in NZ, I had already spent more than the cost of the product on labour. However, unfortunately, after five days, one of the protectors (the front right side) was dislodged from the wheels while driving on the highway, despite appearing secure after the fitting, as per the provided instructions. Luckily, it didn't cause any accidents or hazards, but I couldn't retrieve it as it was on the highway. So, I immediately got in touch with Dan, and he offered to send two sets of Rimsavers as a replacement, which amounts to the cost of the Rimfinity I originally purchased. I just received the two sets, and they came with all the necessary tools and instructions. I've just fitted them onto my wheels, and for now, they look good, much more subtle, and durable. I shall update the review after a few months to share my experience with the new product. Therefore, my overall experience was somewhat cumbersome, but I'm still happy with the service and the product, and most of all their excellent after-sales support. I'm incredibly grateful to Dan for his help, as it's pretty rare to see such amazing after-sales support these days.

Final verdict:
The company: Outstanding overall, good products, excellent sales and support team
Rimfinity wheel protectors: Though the product is good, the installation shouldn't be this cumbersome. It can be a hit or miss depending on the installation.
Rimsavers: Just installed these; they look good and solid, but I can't attest to how long they will remain on the wheels during highway driving. But it'll definitely do what it's supposed to do, to protect your wheels!

Rimblades are only useful for covering up any rim blemishes but they do not protect in any way the rims against further damage. They are thin plastic and they do not save the rims from kerb or pothole damage. Also when you try to remove they after further damage they leave sticky residue on the rims which is very difficult to remove even with adhesive remover. Not for me.

My son fitted these to my new Renault Zoe to keep the alloys in new condition. They are a great colour as the wheel has black, gold and different shades of grey and don’t make the wheel look smaller. He tells me they’ve already saved him once!! Had them on my last car too but I think it’s silly for people not to use them and avoid going down a pothole and ruining your wheel with a refurbishment cost. He had great service from Dan on the sales team so the company follows the product … both an amazing experience.

I needed to replace the rimblade on the passenger side front wheel so for the first time I bought a set of four so I have three blades spare just in case a Blade needs replacing.

After a few near misses with my alloy wheels it was time to protect them.

Having looked at the reviews I chose Rimblades for ease of fitting and the ease of fitting and the appearance of them fitted.

I duly ordered them and they arrived on time and I found the cover caps missing. A quick email to customer services@ Rimbkades and Dan was on the job straight away and sent out the missing parts these arrived the next day as promised.

Fantastic customer service service and Dan has been awesome to deal with.

Great product that helps protect your car wheels.

Terrible customer service. I have reached out multiple times for a resolution due to a shipping issue and have received no response or solution. I am out the money I spent on my order and now have to dispute charges with my bank. Simple communication would go a long way. Do not recommend purchasing.

A top produce put on rim blades they have stuck to the alloy wheels better than I ever thought they would .i tried some cheaper ones wich flew of within days ,so happy i paid a little more for a top class alloy wheel protector.

Great service good quality

If you are outside UK, do not buy this product on the rimblades website instead do in the Amazon portal of your own country. The shipping costs on the rimblades website does not take into account customs costs. If you are importing this product in Eu you will have to pay approximately 33 eur from your own pocket.

Arrived next day the kit has everything you need they were super easy to fit taking around 15 minutes a corner starting on unmarked rims the stuck excellently and looked tidy, on a damaged rim more thorough cleaning would be needed.

Spoke to Dan in sales regarding upkeep and maintenance of rimblades, got some fantastic advice and support. So much so, I have just bought my 15th set for my sisters car. I cannot vouch more for how brilliant these products are, not only do they protect expensive alloys (which are becoming more expensive to replace and refurb these days), but they can add a note of individuality and style to your car. This is a MUST for any car, new or used, and I shall continue to recommend them to anyone I come across.

i can see how they would look nice in some applications/colour but when it comes to protection they provide absolutely 0, waste of money if thats what you’re after
