Craig replied very promptly to my query and was willing to come out same day. My problem sorted itself out so I didn't need him but I was impressed with the quality and promptness of the service.

Replacement of faulty electrical switch
Excellent service, from being kept informed about electrician's arrival time, to an extremely polite and helpful electrician, who did the job quickly, quietly and efficiently.

Approachable & transparent
It's reassuring that when you arrange a call-out to fix electrical issues, you're given clear instructions & advice as well as available options. The Electricians are not annoyed or abrupt in responding to any queries. The only regret is that they'd not replace like to like switch with pilot light as these are not stocked by the Company & the Electricians could not be held accountable for this. They also sent a clear report to HomeServe of outstanding works which need to be carried-out & which parts need ordering for follow up appointment.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
I am so glad that you found our electrician approachable. We aim to deliver a high level of customer service at all times and empathise with each and every situation we encounter.
It is unfortunate that our client's policy is not to replace like for like. Unfortunately we are bound by the rules of our clients, who's customers we service.
I am however glad that you were left with a clear understanding of the options available to you.
We hope to service you again soon.
Kind regards,
Lauren
