Perfect customer service.. fuñly recommend

The team are wonderful, professional and they were with me every step of the way. Chloe and Mario were extremely helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions.
On the day of the move, the drivers turned up on time and everything went smoothly. They were very fast, efficient and careful while loading everything onto the vans, and they were just as good while offloading at the other end.
I definitely recommend Right Moving to anyone looking for a good removals company!

I can honestly say how impressed we were with Right Moving for our relocation overseas. From start to finish the whole team were fantastic. I have to say a huge thank you firstly to James who guided us through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Also thank you to Mario for being able to respond quickly with any other questions I had so I always felt there was someone to speak to.
On the actual day of the move the team were absolutely great , arriving on time with the vans and literally everyone didn’t stop until it was all packed and loaded. So a huge thank you to Robert and his team who worked so hard that day.
The vans with the team arrived safely the next morning and within a couple of hours everything was unloaded , with nothing broken, damaged or missing and it was all done.
I really cannot thank everyone enough at Right Moving for all their help, guidance ,support and patience and making the move much easier than we anticipated.
Such a wonderful professional team of people and we felt we were completely in the best hands.
Without a doubt I would highly recommend Right Moving …they are the best !!!

We had a great experience. The whole process from packing, storing of our belongings and delivery was great. They were very communicative and helpful. High recommend, very good value for money! Thank you

Just moved from southern UK to Italy. Communications with this company were fast and efficient throughout. Advice was excellent. James was on the ball and very helpful. On the day the team turned up, got to work and were friendly and helpful. Two vans were needed so the drivers headed off to Italy and I flew out to meet them. They emailed me to say they would arrive at 0900 on the Saturday and that’s exactly when they arrived. Smiling, helpful and efficient despite the long drive. Vans unloaded and all boxes in great shape and nothing broken. What I thought would be a stressful and painful process was far easier than I thought it would be. Highly recommended if you are moving. Great team, thank you

You know when a price sounds too good to be true (having compared to other movers), but you risk it anyway and it pays off? THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE DAYS! They really went beyond the call of duty during a storm to move us across the Irish sea. Big thanks to Chloe, Robert, Mario, and that other guy with the really clean white van. Really good communication, thorough paperwork etc.

Right Moving was extremely helpful through the quotation discussion and negotiation. They were willing to go the extra mile to provide information and to assist. The moving service was fast and efficient and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. Very fast response to any queries with a thorough response. Kept up to date with the progress of our move internationally. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

amazing service. Customs queries was resolved very easy . Highly recommend

Great and friendly people. Removals was easy and stress free

I used Right Moving when I moved to Amsterdam and I can say that the service provided was very smooth. I was very happy with the whole process and the way they work. They were very professional and hard working.

It is the first time that I move and the truth is that I was quite worried not knowing how things worked, but I must say that Right Moving behaved phenomenally with me. They were very aware of if I needed something or if I had questions about the move, and thanks to that I was able to relax much more. The day of the move everything was great and they were very professional. They also answered me quickly when I asked for a follow-up on how the van that was carrying my things was going. The truth is that I am very happy for having chosen them.

I used the company to move house abroad from the UK; at first, everything seemed nice, and the people were nice. However, unloading was very bad - drivers smelled of alcohol, boxes were placed upside down etc. Some furniture got badly damaged, we filled the insurance claim including proof of the damages (insurance was in the contract and included in the price).

After that, the director of the company sent multiple emails stating they will take legal actions against us, report us to Guardia Civil (it is military police in Spain), take us to court due to fraud etc., however we were never contacted by the insurance company nor reimbursed for the damages (now more than a month after the move).

I recently used right moving to transport furniture and personal goods to Spain. They are absolutely brilliant, so helpful, polite and extremely reliable. The whole procedure ran like clockwork, if you need to transport your belongings abroad please use right moving you will not be disappointed.

Extrmeley good and friendly company. Nothing was too hard or too dificult. I was worried about my piano but they had special equipment and thay took less than few minutes and piano was on van.

I booked my removal with Right Moving as suggestion from friend ! They were amazing ! Fully recommend
