This was a great company to work with
This was a great company to work with, everything went off without a hitch. The sales team was great talked us through all of our options. The install team did everything they could to keep us informed while they upgraded us to an electric self sufficient household. From calling them, booking in with he sales team and the install team arriving this was an easy company to supply the panels we’ve wanted for a while.

I had a very good video consultation with Jordan there was no pressure to sign offered us a quick turnaround before we went on holiday, customer service also made sure we got all our paperwork before we went on holiday, very pleased with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the team

NRG came and installed my solar panels
NRG came and installed my solar panels, from the initial meeting with there advisor through to installation I couldn't fault them. The whole process took under two weeks, the installers did the job quickly and efficiently leaving the place clean, I highly recommend this company.

Installation
Unfortunately I have had to alter this review. I was advised by installer they would return once the scaffolding has been removed to tidy up the trailing wires from the panels. The scaffolding came down 13/05 and now it’s 09/06 and still no one has turned up to tidy up the wires.

We have checked our entire database, including all past inquiries, site surveys, and active contracts, and nobody by this name has ever interacted with our business.

Great experience so far, panels fitted and up and running today.
David was very informative from point of sale.
Install completed in a few hours even though it was an afternoon appointment the lads worked all the way up to late hours to finish.
System explained well.

Beware of hiden fees
Please beware of cancellation and re-schedules fees which they do not communicate at first contact to book appointment. When changed my mind about getting the product I was questioned intensively and had to provide reason etc.
The sales person however was very knowledgeable and friendly.

worst company ever, DNO wasn’t competed at the time of installation in which they need my signature for so the certificate was fraudulent, nobody contacts you once they have received money leaving you blind. I’m not sure where any of these good reviews have come from the the only good thing was the sales rep who came out to me

However, after auditing our entire system, we have absolutely no record of any contract, installation, or interaction under your name. We also requested your project details through Trustpilot's verification tools, but unfortunately, this has been ignored.
Please allow me to be completely clear regarding our procedures: all DNO applications and certifications are handled strictly by the book. We process all network permissions legally and compliantly on behalf of our customers, and we certainly do not issue fraudulent certificates.

Paul was great. He explained everything in detail and thoroughly. Was impressed with the procedures when an order was placed. Unfortunately we decided not to proceed when discussed with our family.

System up and running, very happy with the system. Ben explains everything so well,cant wait to see the savings, installers were brilliant, cant fault them. Unfortunately customer care and customer service is non existant unless Keiran is calling you for your next payment. Such a shame
