At the time you registered to use our services, we were experiencing our busiest period of the year, and customers were advised that the estimated timescale for allocation to a tax specialist was up to 10 weeks. I can see that once your claim was assigned to a tax specialist, it was calculated within 7 days. To help maximise any future claims, I would recommend keeping all receipts where possible or paying by bank card, as bank statements can often be used as evidence to support claims for eligible expenses.
