I have used rift over many years and found their service to be generally really good and and smooth however this time, I had a experience I would not want to repeat. first of all my location was put in wrong and I was never asked to verify, which a double checked, after my claim I had gone in. I then lost confidence and asked for it to be double, which I called twice and nobody came back to me, it was only after I was paid my main claim that it was doubled checked it was wrong by a small amount, however there was no apology and I just got told it was more work, which I figured would be for Rift, I did get the money back, however I felt like I was not listened too on many occasions and no apology for poor service I received.

The Rift app is easy to use, I found it very easy uploading the documents that were required. Sunny, the advisor who attended me was professional and ready to help, followed up accordingly when I had to provide further documents.

Great customer service, agents couldn’t be more helpful. Used many times in the past, will do again.
Had the pleasure of working with James this time, turn around from form submission to figure generation was incredibly quick, quicker than my previous claims.

They are exceptionally thorough from conception of enquiry to completion. I have used them for last 5 years and theirs prices are excellent value for money and in some cases your refund is in your bank within the week of successful claim. I will continue to use in future.

Unfortunately where cash is used for purchases and without receipts we are unable to clearly evidence to HMRC that the cost has been incurred and paid. If you ensure that you keep all your meal receipts ready for your next claim we will look to add this in for you alongside your eligible travel. Great experience year on year.
Rift provide great customer service and clear instruction to help achieve refunds. The staff are professional yet friendly and warm, I've used them year after year and have never had any issues at all.

Absolutely amazing service as always, staff go above and beyond and are always happy to deal with any queries no matter how small or big they are. Staff actually have a personality aswell. Would and have recommended. Even after you have received your claim you can still access the service if needs be.
