HQ Customer services at Rieker UK have been exemplary in their resolution of two separate issues, one of which was completely outside of their remit.
Totally supportive and transpatent from initial contact to resolution.

Bought very nice boots in favourite colour and hoped for good wear

Bought them at the private retailer at Isle of Wight, paid cash and did not keep the receipt
After 3 months of wearing Reiker boots fell apart, top part of boots came away from soles. Reading the reviews I don’t even try to complain as don’t hava a receipt

Bought 2 expensive pair of boots from here and after less than 2 months they have fallen apart, won’t be buying from here again .

I went to the Rieker shop in Plymouth, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely love the styles and designs of their footwear , very different from other shoe shops. Rieker shoes are really comfortable and fit perfectly. I’m never disappointed and will continue to buy my footwear from them . I highly recommend.

Reiker boots fell apart, top part of boots came away from soles. Hard to glue back together but lasted only 6 months, rubbish shoes and needed re - healed after 3 months. Thankfully bought in a sale but poor quality boots and will never buy again. Pity we have all this rubbish in our shops, bring back shoes made in Northampton.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. Not interested in customer service. Bought at a retailer last November, extremely comfortable ankle boots with man made uppers.

Boots are de laminating and scuffed and coming away from sole after less than a year. Contacted Reiker customer service who quoted sale of goods act and told me they were not responsible as bought from independent retailer. Appalling. Will never buy Reiker again, and would recommend avoiding.

I like the comfort of Rieker so bought a pair of ankle boots two weeks ago costing £79.99. Wore them outside in the rain and my feet were soaking wet. Took them back to the shop only to be informed that they were not waterproof. Why would you pay £79.99 for a pair of boots which can't be worn in winter conditions? looked up Rieker advice and they confirm that their boots are not waterproof. Had I been advised of this I would not have bought them. They have just lost a regular customer.

Bought my husband a pair of Reiker boots last year. He wore them over winter last year and they were great. Brought them out just the other day and it was wet outside, the front of his feet were soaking wet. He will now only be able to wear them on dry days (so will be unlikely to wear them as we live in Scotland!). Will think twice about buying Reiker again I’m afraid. As they were bought in a shop in Glasgow some time ago we cannot take them back as we no longer have the receipt. One winter for boots that cost about £100!

I bought a pair of boots from Rieker less than a year ago, and they are already falling apart. I emailed them and they instructed me to return them for inspection using the returns label provided. I sent them a picture of the said returns label showing that it expired in April and requested a new one. After many emails they still have not got back to me. Really poor service and that’s essentially over £90 of my hard earned money wasted on poor quality boots from what I thought was a quality brand. I will be contacting CMA about this.

Recently,purchased a pair of lace up ankle boots.Have been buying Rieker shoes and boots for years.Boots look okay ,though "leather" is very thin and after a short walk through some wet grass ,boots were letting in water.Also there was very little foot support. Had to put an extra insole in them to make them comfy.Decided to keep them to wear on dry days. Very disappointed in quality and would think twice about buying Rieker again on line.

Ordered some sandals/mules with adjustable velcro strap and am so pleased with them. I’ve been struggling to find a pair of sandals that fit well as my feet are quite slim. These fit like a glove, stay put when walking and not too high a wedge.

Dressy casual.

Free post and return service. Fast delivery with tracking. Well packaged in a box and sandals in shoe box with packing and tissue paper.

I’ve only just got them so can’t comment on anything other than first impressions.

I have been buying for over 15 years, so happy now a shop in Worthing, staff have been very helpful. Especially now taking both parents who have feet issues.

Placed an order and paid for a pair of shoes for my husband. The delivery company claims they delivered to a back garden (not my garden). The photo is of someone else’s garden. The company does not want to give me a refund as they are believing the DPD driver delivered it to my garden. I have asked for my money back but they said they need 6 days to investigate. Which I had to go out and buy a pair of shoes for my husband. This is terrible customer service

Few weeks ago I’ve got myself a pair of RIEKER EVOLUTION R-EVOLUTION men shoes and I have to say I’m impressed. I wear it every day since I’ve got it and it feels great.

Later edit: very poor quality. Damaged beyond repair after few months. Would never buy again.

It's a rare thing these days to find a retail outlet that has enthusiasm, excellent customer service and with staff prepared to go that extra bit more to ensure that the customer is happy. Rieker Shoes at Cirencester is one of those rare shops. They didn't have my size of a particular boot in stock, so having established the correct size I returned home with another pair of shoes and the out of stock boots were put on order to the shop. I don't live close to Cirencester and as the weather was so bad on the day the boots were delivered to the shop, I called back to ask if they could be delivered. Not only did Sally process the order in a very pleasant and helpful way, but the store manager offered to take my boots to the Post Office after finishing at work, so they arrived two days later and I am delighted with them. The packaging was good and inside were receipts and a stamped card so that I wouldn't miss out on the offer of basically a free pair of shoes or boots when the card is fully stamped.
This brand of footwear is comfortable and I love the detailing in stitching and the fancy coloured cuffs and finishes. They last a long time too.
I hope that Head Office picks this up and rewards the staff accordingly.

Rieker shoes are always comfortable and fit well.

Knowledgeable and very helpful with excellent service delivering some wonderful boots and shoes.

Shoes arrived promptly and they were just what I needed.
