Ridgeons Omdömen

Don't bother going to ridgeons unless it's at a time to suit them. The website said they closed at 430, the chap on the phone never mentioned they close at 4.00 for whatever reason. Thanks for wasting my time and diesel.

Due to Covid-19 the materials I needed for my project had a long lead time. However Ridgeons (Norwich branch) managed to source what I needed in time for the project start date. When the materials were delivered I made the mistake of asking the delivery driver to offload them in the work area. This was a mistake on my part and one that would have caused problems for the contractors. I contacted Ridgeons and asked them if their driver could call back and re-site the materials thinking that they wouldn't. I couldn't have been more wrong and Ridgeons couldn't have been more obliging. Their driver returned to site and moved the materials. A big thank you to Ridgeons (Norwich branch). Especially Lee who arranged for the driver to call back and Dave who done the work. Great customer service guys.

Above and beyond level of service from Adam and the team at ridgeons Newmarket. Always quick to get back to you and happy to do whatever they can to help out in difficult times.
Top team ridgeons Newmarket.

Since setting up my business a few years ago I've come to expect good prices and great service from the management team of Lynn and Craig at St Ives. The bar has now been raised again by their new driver Matt. Always on time and polite as you'd expect, but Matt has volunteered to help move my delivery into my workshop by hand on every occasion rain or shine, which is very welcome when looking at a big pile of 18mm birch ply! Thanks All.

St Ives Ridgeons are excellent. Quality Service and very friendly/helpful staff. They have looked after myself and my company for years. My special thanks to Lynn for the lengths that you go to when looking after us.

Very efficient sales person Robert Minto at the March office helped with my order and offered the best deal. Delivery was on time and the guy was polite and helpful even let us video the lorry as our grandson is obsessed with winches.

We have always found that the Customer Service we receive at Ridgeons is exemplary. All staff from the personnel in the yard to the office staff and delivery operatives - they are all a credit to the Company. Love dealing with this Company.

Staff at Martlesham went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, saving me time and stress! Many thanks

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Always have a superb experience at the Saffron Walden branch. Particularly great one with Sacha, who went above and beyond finding engineered wood flooring to meet my requests. Thank you!

The level of service and expertise we have received from Sally at the sales team at the Sudbury Branch, has been exemplary! She always goes above and beyond, she’s an asset to their team!

March Branch
Absolutely brilliant customer service, went above and beyond to help my partner today. Your doing a great job everyone

Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get what you want. Nothing is to much effort and the timber is the best out there.

Peterborough Branch

Searching for waterproof seals for an old shower cubical, The team at Peterborough could not have been more helpful. Diane was an absolute star and went way beyond my expectations for what was never going to be a large order.

Excellent service - thank you

Colchester Branch - What refreshing service , Richard took the time to help a DIYer order relevant materials , great advice , then on delivery. The delivery guy took the time to call , opps mobile number incorrect - he rang his office they rang me , and then the driver calls me on the correct number. Asked where i wanted the delivery.
How refreshing, amazing service, from beginning to end, using these guys for all my DIY extension needs.

Recently built a house and dealt with the Newmarket branch for a lot of the materials. Always received great service with competitive prices and prompt delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for the branch manager Adam. Great service

I have been working with Ridgeons in Sawbridgeworth for many years and my builder has always used them for as much as we can. Everyone is incredibly helpful and they will always go the extra mile for you and endeavour to be as competitively priced as possible. From the lorry drivers and delivery guys through to the people in the office the whole team are both friendly and professional and I could not recommend their service more highly

I used Ridgeons Martlesham for the last couple of years to supply majority of building materials for a new build (large house). Overall very happy. Good service and good pricing. I have been particularly impressed by service from Wally in the branch office and also Alan Morley out in the field. Both of whom have always been incredibly responsive and often gone way beyond normal customer service to fix and make up for problems caused by manufacturers. I used Ridgeons not only for bricks, cement, timber etc but to my surprise they also offered me great pricing on things like the fancy Neff ovens and even the new Vaillant gas boiler!

St ives is great always get my paint mixed here helpful and friendly wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!!

My local building suppliers who always go out of their way to be helpful. I value their advice and they are always my first port of call.
