It’s a bit of a mixed review in that the turnaround of the parts ordered was very good however the communication from the co. I felt was poor as it took 2 days to respond initially then no response at all to a further email and the next I heard was from DHL to say the parts were on their way but I would not this stop me using them again

Recently purchased an Echo bait boat and had an issue with the screen however, Ridgemonkey communicated everything well and sent me a new screen once my faulty one was returned in no time at all allowing me to get back out on the bank quickly. Thank you

First class service

I have owned and recommended Ridgemonkeys hinged fry pan, which we use frequently both at home and whilst camping. It's a terrific piece of kit that doubles as a compact oven. It beauty is in its design and quality of production. In addition to cooking it saves a huge mess which can occur when frying. 10/10.

Unfortunately after years of use one of the detachable handles cracked and I feared having to replace the whole thing. Ridgemonkey Service Team to the rescue, spares were available at a sensible price to repair.
Service was exceptional as was delivery agent DHL. Highly recommend both the product and service centre for spares. Again 10/10

I purchased a pair of quick zip boots. I found them to be both comfortable and warm.
Unfortunately the left foot boot split and developed a leak.
Ridgemonkey requested proof and then didn't hesitate to replace them which was all completed in just a matter of days. Extremely happy with the customer service and the prompt resolution.

I needed a replacement handle for my sandwich press, which was impossible to find /purchase. So I contacted RM directly.

Initially they would not ship one out (sjorren more expensive that the handle), but once it was clear that I could not get it any other way they shipped one to my home (I paid the shipment charges). I am very pleased

Rigdemonkey customer service was excellent I explained the problem with my water bottle and the sent me a new part next day as promised,everything was dealt with as good as you could possibly expect,from ringing them and get through to a helpful lady called Jess ,who i told my problem she asked me to pop it over in a email which was responded to the same day and the a replacement lid was sent out next day delivery what more could you ask for 10/10 service

Dealt with by Jess. Superb service and response times. I have a second hand old bait boat which was showing an error message and not working. I emailed asking about the batteries and got an immediate response saying not the battery, try other things they suggested. A new switch later all works fine. Received the new switch in 2 days.
