We have had 2 broken scooters now
We have had 2 broken scooters now, one firstly had our handle bars snap on us while riding at 20mph and caused serious injury. This was very well dealt with by a kind lady named Emma who paid for a ride home and arranged a new scooter for us. We have now received our new scooter around a month ago and this is how it is;
Our screen has completely fallen off
It has a broken mudguard
No one can see us in the dark as the light has fallen off with the mudguard.
They have refused to refund and offered us to be able to purchase a repair to their damage 😂 quite a joke of a company making us pay for there problems they created.
I’d purchase the Segway nine bot e22e electric scooter for just as good range and similar speeds. Much better quality and build.

We pride ourselves on providing great customer support. The Manufacturer strongly cautions all, to reduce the speed where warranted. Particularly when going at the highest speed of 18.5mph, over bumps or rough terrain, to prevent accidents. There was no mention of any injury, so we do hope the rider is well. The returned scooter had damage to the collar clamp, whilst the handle bars remained in tact.
We are glad you were happy with how our AfterCare specialist, Gemma resolved your issue. A new scooter was sent free of charge.
Regarding damage done to the replacement scooter, consumable parts such as, wheels and mudguards, that sustain cracks or wear and tear during use, are not covered by the manufacture’s warranty. We offer aftercare cover at a separate cost for parts and accidental damage.
We value all customer feedback. We caution against the use of the scooter without a rear light and the offer to repair at the cost of £20 still remains. She can contact us at aftercare@ridezar.com.

Great value electric scooter! There are a lot of fraudulent websites selling e-scooters and I’m glad I went with a trustworthy website. Customer service was excellent! 5 star same day delivery
5 star! I opted for the same day local delivery and my scooter arrived within a matter of hours. There was a mix up with the delivery time, as it arrived earlier than expected, but I can't complain about that! For a relatively new company, I was pleasantly surprised.

Great scooter and extremely fast, next day delivery. I ordered it Monday afternoon, it arrived Tuesday morning! God knows how they made that happen so quickly, but I’m utterly thrilled.

Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time . Delivery was quick and the seller communication was great. Easy to use and charge. I’ve had so many of my family and friends ask me where I go my scooter from. And the price is really good. Would highly recommend.
