worst dealership i ever went to. i made an offer of 33k for a car. they e mailed me we are close. when i step in the gave me a proposal of 40.800 and change. all because the manager got a commision when we showed up. i would fire him in a second. and yes, they donate a lot. donation from your money with their different fees. just cheaters. never again!!!!!
Stay away …
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Rick Case Volkswagen in Davie, Florida, with sales representative Davion. I purchased an Alfa Romeo vehicle just three months ago, and as soon as I drove off the lot, the car began having issues. Now, I’m stuck with a vehicle that needs $3,000 in repairs— all within 90 days of purchase.
I attempted to reach out to Davion multiple times to address my concerns, but he has completely neglected to respond. Worse, I was led to believe that I had purchased a warranty, only to discover later that no such warranty ever existed. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Their sales representatives are untrustworthy, and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid this dealer at all costs!

I’ve leased 2 VW with them and experience was good (some hiccups along the way)with both from sales to financial advisors but my service advisor Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She does her job with professionalism and courtesy. She cares about her job and it shows. She’s been my service advisor since day one and couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. She always takes care of everything and works her magic when needed. She’s thorough and always explains everything in detail so there is no misunderstandings. Thank you Tiffany for always doing a superb job!! Rick case is lucky to have you!

Waste of time
If your looking to waste your time then this the dealership to buy a new VW. I went to the VW website looking for a specific Atlas Sport where the website showed they had 2 vehicles matching my search. I called to confirm that they still had the vehicle available and was told they did. I drove from Miami in the rain walked in the showroom then introduced to a salesman that had me walk through 3 floors of inventory to be told they didn't have the vehicle. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. I was just treated to an atempt of bait and switch. If your looking to buy a VW don't waste your time at Rick Case.

Albert Estevez, one of the VW finance guys, is a little slimy snake. He tried convincing me that my car had less warranty than it actually has. When I wouldn't purchase it, he then proceeded to add a $700 charge in my finance agreement thinking I would not notice it. Then he lied and said if I removed it, my monthly payment would go up....just a pathetic slimy little man. I'm sure he has conned many unsuspecting hardworking folks out of their hard earned money.

From the time we arrived we were treated with courtesy and respect. Every staff member we dealt with during the whole buying process was very friendly and extremely professional. Prices are very competitive with so many options to choose from. I do recommend doing business with them!

I had to come back to get a top console…
I had to come back to get a top console reinstalled/replaced since they had to order the part the first time I was there. They ended up just reattaching the original part, making the second trip a waste of time. There was still glue residue in the console that was not cleaned, and pieces of tape thrown around the car from the repair. Very disappointed in the quality of the service.
