From the first free zoom call with Richard I knew this was going to benefit me and my business. The first few sessions were well thought out and all about planning and goals. It was things I thought I was doing but after time with Richard I realised I wasn't doing it the way I should. I found the 1st few sessions so beneficial that I now see Richard twice a month and the difference I am seeing in my business and in myself is eye opening.

I just got to the end of my first year with Rich and I have no intention of stopping, so I have paid for the next year in full this morning.

When I started, It was slow to start in my opinion, I was hoping for results within a few weeks, but we spent time working on my goals and my business wasn't affected positively at all. But around week 5 or 6, the planning and vision was all done and we started to implement real change in my marketing very quickly. We also focused on delegating some of the things I did either to subcontractors or other staff.
Before this, I worked 75 hours most weeks at barely a loving wage.
By the fifth month, I had doubled my take-home profit/pay and my working week went from 75 hours to 42 hours.

Today, I only work 3 days per week, I take my family on holiday for 1-2 weeks 4 times per year and there is plenty of cash in the bank.

I have new staff that do most of the stuff that I used to do.

Last week, I booked Disney World for two weeks.

A year ago, I didn't think I would afford 1 holiday.

For anyone considering Rich as your business coach, my advice is, go for it.
He holds you to account on your own ideas and knows the right questions to ask to get to the bottom of what is holding growth back.
He's very knowledgeable and I trust his judgement.

This year, we have agreed that we are going to work on reducing my hours to 0 per week and hiring or promoting a new Director to run the company, continue to grow the company and prepare it for a sale in 2024.

I have every confidence that I will beat that target with Richards help.
