She was willing to consider my application as a mature candidate as she recognized my experience and knowledge would be a good fit for the job and the management. I first met Louise at an interview in 2018 and she assured me the right position was out there for me.. Louise has contacted me about putting my name forward for various positions over the subsequent years while I worked outside the finance industry.
