“Poor return policy and long delivery time.”

Der Shop verkauft Beckleidung die es zB. auf Temu viel günstiger gibt. Eine Retoure ist nach langem hin und her gescheitert.
Bestellt dort auf keinen Fall.

I requested a return for a part of my order. The website clearly states that it offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy, and my request was made within this return window.

However, customer service has refused to provide the option to return the order. It appears that all emails are answered by the same person, Sara, who has not been able to provide any helpful assistance.

Sent incorrect colors, sizes are questionable and the material feels like it will make my skin hive.

Made the return process a hassle to dissuade me from retuning items.

Asked me to take a picture wearing the clothing ffs with a ruler.

AWFUL service !! i ordered items for 250 $ and items run small
they wrote that i can return 30 days but after talking more than a week about returning them firstly they said it will cost 14$ to return and today they wrote that i can't return items ! i lost my money !! i am very dissapointed !! they are liars !!! awful service!!!!

Seit meinem letzten Post vor über 2 Monaten bin ich in Kontakt mit dieser Firma. Sie bot mir an die Kleider zu retournieren was zusätzliche Postgebühren auslöste.
Eine Rücksendung ist aber defacto unmöglich, weil der Zoll in Hongkong diese Ware nicht abwickelt und von Riccardo Ricci zusätzliche Informationen verlangt. Ich habe RiccardoRicci mehrfach darauf hingewiesen und gebeten dem Zoll die verlangten Informationen zu liefern. Die Firma fühlt sich nicht zuständig - nur Kosten, Ärger und letztlich nicht einmal mehr die schlechte Ware weil sie irgendowo in Hongkong steckt - Unbedingt Finger weg vin dieser Unternehmung!!

Don’t be fooled by the Italian sounding name, your orders will come from a warehouse in China. I ordered a medium sized top and they sent me extra small. Despite the error, they asked for a further payment to exchange the top. When I asked to return the item, they said their policy did not allow returns for items in the sale, bearing in mind all the items on the website are permanently on sale. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this is very clearly a scam website. PS I also found the exact same clothes on Shein for half the price! Avoid at all costs.

I hope I would have read all the reviews about returns policy scam before ordering. Their return policy is a fraud. Only buy if you are 100% sure you will keep the item.

Sve što je poručeno, stiglo je nakon 20 dana. Loš kvalitet. Ništa nije kao prikazano na slikama. Veličine se razlikuju, pantalone su za 2 broja veće, košulje imaju kratke rukave. Pantalone imaju braon dugmad umesto tamno plavih. Sve sam fotografisao i poslao e-mail sa odstupanjima veličine od njihove tabele ali oni i dalje tvrde da je to upravo ono što sam poručio. Odustao sam. Sa takvim ljudima se ne vredi raspravljati. Svako treba svoju lekciju da nauči.

Sie schreiben auf ihrer Website von einer 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie und Umsatz, haben aber im Datenschutz Klauseln drin die besagen , dass keine Kleidungsstücke zurückgenommen werden die Mangel an Qualität aufweisen und auch keine die nicht passen.
Größte, billige , Scambekleidungsmarke die mir jemals untergekommen ist.
Bestellt auf keinen Fall da !

In the Morden world, there's room for a return policy in favour of the customer.....not so for Riccardo Ricci. They are 100% deceptive.
Avoid them as much as you can.

Deceptive Practices and Disregard for Consumer Rights – Avoid This Company

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The company’s advertising is misleading, featuring false performance claims, and their return/refund policy is deceptive. Before my order even arrived, I noticed their fine print excludes refunds on all sale items — yet every single product on their site is permanently marked as "on sale," effectively nullifying the possibility of returns for any item.

This directly violates consumer protection laws. Under the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Distance Selling Act, shoppers are entitled to return online purchases within 14 days, with or without a reason — and sale status does not invalidate that right. The only exceptions are for custom-made or hygiene-related goods, which clearly doesn't apply here.

Despite confirming via email that returns would be accepted, the company later reversed its position and is now refusing any returns. The items I received are ill-fitting and of noticeably poor quality.

This is my first time ever leaving a review, but I feel compelled to warn others: this company operates unethically and appears to be structured to avoid accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Their ads are fake using false performance info. Before anything arrived, their return/refund policy excluded sale items. 100% of items on their website are for sale and therefore excluded. After confirming I could return via email before their arrival they now confirm I can’t return any item even though 100% of the items clearly dont fit or are of poor quality. First time I’ve ever written a review, company is a joke and fraud, avoid

Vreselijk. Ik krijg een jas binnen, zogezegd maat L, blijken de mouwen veel te kort.
Wil ik het terugsturen, krijg ik na veel heen en weer gemail, 30% terug van de prijs. Het ergste vind ik nog dat ze mij vragen of ik het product wil opmeten om te zien of zij een fout kunnen ontdekken in hun fabriek. Dit heb ik niet gedaan. Die 30% heb ik overigens nog steeds niet teruggestort gehad.
Niet bestellen daar! Oplichters!

Very very bad customer experience!!
In their website they said that the estimated delivery time will be 2 days but it has been more than 10 days without them shipping the order and they're not giving me any clear answer about where is my order.
