Not only do I love the Rhea Silvia…
Not only do I love the Rhea Silvia Essentials but the Rhea Essentials team at Kilo Health has been equally amazing to work with. This month I had some issues which required me to suspend my subscription. In a mild panic I reached out to them fearing the worst. Happily, they not only canceled my upcoming order but refunded me in full immediately. I fully intend to renew my subscription at the earliest possible time. Their supplements are well worth the investment.

Never received the products I purchased…
Never received the products I purchased on July 12, then charged for a product or service that I did not authorize on July 18. I followed up on July 27, August 17, and again today September 7th.
Rhea doesn’t even attempt to keep you updated. Their automated emails are spam because they don’t align with the time you get the product.
They just keep telling you to wait. Unacceptable.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. This company doesn’t actually have the product available 7 weeks after ordering. And they charge a hidden subscription fee monthly for an email when you think you are getting a subscription to the supplement. 16.99 a month that they will not refund.

Their products do NOT work and they know it
Their products don’t do anything they said, in fact, the one that was supposed to aid me with my menopause symptoms, exacerbated the symptoms. When I reached out to tell them they would not let me return the unused portion for a refund because they know their products do not work so they do not offer any refund whatsoever once the product has been opened

Your return policy is a joke! Really? 14 days and unopened ? How is anyone supposed to even know if your product is going to work when it’s sitting unopened not even tried?. I’m so frustrated and disgusted by this . Hard earned money spent on something that does not work and can’t return it .

Product doesn't work as stated
Return policy on the website says 30 days, but when you contact them they say you have to return within 14 days. Product didn't work and now I am stuck with a bunch unused product

Return policy is worthless
They have a return policy but it only applies if “you haven’t opened the product.” That means if the product doesn’t do what it says it will do you can’t return the product. Most companies have a return policy of between 30 days and one year, even if the bottles are empty. The RHEA product is only returnable if you haven’t opened the product. The ad looks like it is a miracle product for weight loss but when I emailed them I was told it may help a little with weight loss. Their customer service wasn’t helpful. They only said that if I had opened the product I couldn’t get a refund. If the company doesn’t have faith that their product will work how an I supposed to have faith in the product or company.
