Had an issue with a part, (not RHD's issue) and straight away they arranged for it to be swapped. Great customer service

I feel like there's generally 3 distinct customer service scenarios - "before you buy communication", "after you buy communication as things go well" and "after you buy communication but things go wrong". I have experienced all 3 of these scenarios with RHDJapan and can comfortably say that they are amazing in every situation. They're quick to reply, they address all your concerns and are absolutely on top of everything. They say what they do and they do what they say. Long story short, they're a textbook on what good customer service is.

Special mention of Tamaki san, I basically experienced all three scenarios in my most recent order and he was amazing throughout!

That's all without mentioning quick delivery, careful packaging and competitive pricing - but that's standard. Customer Service is where they really excel.

Help Desk is always quick and communitive. Have done multiple orders with RHDJapan and not all have been straight forward, but always promptly there to help.

Reached out regarding replacement parts to service an item previously ordered. Support team quickly contacted the manufacture, confirmed the parts availability and provided a link for purchase. Couldn't be happier being able to source original parts without the headache!

Poca profesionalidad por parte de los gestores de la pagina al tener los precios no actualizados ni comparados con el proveedor me encontrado con una subida de 61 euros en la factura, todo por su negligente trabajo. que confianza da selecionar para comprar un producto y que luego el precio no se ajuste a la realidad, no recomendable. Alguien no esta haciendo correctamente su trabajo

I ordered some parts from RHDJapan and because of the postal strike had some issues. Tamaki-san was excellent and helped set up a new courier at no extra cost and got my item shipped right away! Will definitely order from again!

RHDJapan is one of the best platforms for me to buy JDM hardware. The prices are really interesting, the people are very serious and attentive, they are very responsive, the order tracking is great and the sales service is one of the best I have had by far. A big thank you to Tamaki san for the discussions regarding my order which arrived without incident. Extremely careful packaging, everything is well protected. The people at RHD Japan are truly professionals. The material is always of very good quality, it is truly made in Japan. I live in France I placed a large order which was a little late only because one of the products was being produced by the manufacturer but I am not disappointed really delighted with everything I received and everything is arrived without damage because they take particular care to package the products very well to avoid damage during transport. I recommend to everyone who wants and loves top quality JDM products. IF I have to order JDM products I would order from them without hesitation.

I've bought new items from there RHDjapan site, and also used items from there BIDjdm site.

They give the best deals and help out when you need it with trying to get better shipping options. They even will help out packing items in small boxes to consolidate to get better rates for international shipping .

Really great experience with customer service, really helpful throghout the entire process and the shipping service used was very fast. Although customs charge was a bit steep but to be expected when buying overseas.
There was an issue with a longer than expected ETA item but we made it work by replacing it with another item of similar value, difference was refunded. A solid 10 for customer service.

Great customer service. Shipped promptly and securely. Will buy again.
