We came to Rachel via trust pilot and Google reviews. Her previous reviews all gave her a glowing report and it is easy now to see why!

As first time buyers we were new to everything and Rachel took the time to explain and make us feel comfortable.

No request or challenge was to much to ask. She also managed to secure us a new and lower rate 3 times after being accepted! This is not something she had to do.

All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I cannot recommend Rachel enough. Her ongoing support, quick responses and expertise are next to none. Rachel was an incredibly prompt, proactive, friendly and thoughtful mortgage advisor - highly recommended. As a first time buyer she talked me through the lay of the land, terms, current trends etc very clearly and secured me the best deal available super quickly which I was really pleased with. She also really listened to what I was looking to buy and out of the blue she emailed me a suitable flat in my price range, which funny enough was the one I ended up buying. Months down the line she was again very prompt with some additional paperwork I needed. Highly recommended.

We were nervous about the application process but needn’t have been. Rachel was helpful, professional and pragmatic throughout. She was reliable, always keeping us informed of everything.
