Esperienza deludente sulla disponibilità e consegna
Abbiamo ordinato degli Hard Tag RFID partendo dall’assunzione, non smentita dal fornitore, che fossero disponibili a magazzino. Abbiamo effettuato un bonifico anticipato, ma successivamente ci è stato comunicato che i prodotti non erano in pronta consegna, causando ritardi nella nostra operatività. In alternativa, ci sono stati proposti altri tag "equivalenti", che però non corrispondevano esattamente a quanto richiesto. L’esperienza complessiva con il servizio non è stata soddisfacente.

la ringraziamo per il feedback, anche se ci preme fare alcune precisazioni.
I tempi di consegna erano indicati nel preventivo inviato e approvato prima dell’ordine. Nessuna delle cinque persone in copia nella comunicazione ha sollevato obiezioni in merito, né ha specificato una precisa data di consegna richiesta. Lato nostro, abbiamo dichiarato da subito che la merce era disponibile presso i magazzini del produttore (non i nostri), quindi le tempistiche effettive non dipendevano interamente da noi.
Si può aggiungere che è stata fornita la partita iva sbagliata all'inizio (cosa che ha rallentato il processo di fatturazione), e il bonifico è arrivato una settimana dopo, posticipando quindi la data di evasione.
Quando è emersa l’urgenza, ci siamo attivati proponendo alternative compatibili, pur consapevoli che non fossero perfettamente identiche.
Siamo sempre disponibili al confronto, ma riteniamo doveroso riportare i fatti nella loro interezza.
