RFC Surveying Ltd Omdömen

Report was very full and comprehensive - exactly what we wanted. Very thorough.

Anthony was very thorough ,communication very good throughout process

The process was explained from start to finish. I had a phone call to go through the findings straight after the survey before I got the report. The report arrived promptly and I was given time to read it and then was contacted incase I had any further questions. Communication was spot on.

I have used Antony twice now and he provides a highly professional service. Excellent reporting and follow up support, highly recommended and will be using again in the future.

From the first email to the final call and report our survey experience was easy and very clear. Good value for money too. The report was very clear and comprehensive. We would recommend this professional service.

Great communication, thorough report provided with follow-up call to talk me through what was found.

Antony has been very professional in his approach and gone the extra mile to ensure that I had all the information required to enable me to make an informed decision about the property. He was extremely prompt with his written report and gave me verbal confirmation of the findings on the day of the survey. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Great communication throughout.

From the first point of contact I felt in safe hands. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Spoke a language I understand, practical and made the whole process very easy. Great report too with not just points noted but also solutions and advice I will refer to for years ahead. Highly recommend.

Antony was extremely helpful throughout the process. Quick to respond to emails and his survey report was very thorough and his post survey call to talk through the various points was very much appreciated and useful. He was happy to answer any questions after the survey and give advice on how to approach certain aspects of it. Will certainly use RFC again and have already recommended RFC to members of my family in the process of purchasing a home.

Excellent service from start to finish. Antony was friendly and very helpful throughout the process. Great communication with regular updates. Would highly recommend.

Fast response to my initial enquiry, feedback on survey received, and survey report sent without any delay.

Attention to detail, friendly service, very helpful and very good value.

Quick and easy communication, helpful and informative survey with a phone call to chat through the key points. Many thanks!

Excellent service and experience from the initial enquiry call. Anthony's assistant Jo was very friendly and efficient in arranging the survey for me quickly for a date that was convenient, and my report was returned within a week. I was pleased and impressed with the level of detail and advice/suggestions offered in Anthony's Level 2 survey report. It surpassed my expectations, and was better than a Level 3 survey I paid for a few years ago with another company. Anthony replied to clarify some questions I had from the report by email and offered a phone call if I needed further support. Thank you again Anthony for your commitment to detail, time and attention in your work.

Very professional and easy to understand the survey findings.
I would highly recommend him.

Thank you!

From start to finish Antony has been brilliant. Great communication and very thorough. Would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for a surveyor!

Very responsive and friendly, but professional service

Made direct contact with me by phone after I made my initial inquiry. Was really personable as well as inspiring confidence in how detailed a survey would be carried out. I felt they went the extra mile.

As a first time buyer my surveyor made it very easy to understand, with a thorough report and phone call of his findings. Would recommend
