First time buying jewellery online.

This is my first experience, buying jewellery online. I was abit hesitant, but I recently lost one of my gold earrings and nearly all the jewellery shops near me have closed down or very very expensive. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with my items, as described, (I thought because of the prices the quality would not be good) but the quality is good and beautiful. Communication with the seller was very good and very quick delivery. I look forward to buying more jewellery in the future as gifts. Thank you.

10/10 for my purchase.

I ordered a tungsten ring for work as I was constantly trashing my white gold ring. I am over the moon with what has arrived from Rex Jewelers, the ring is finished to a high standard, was well priced and arrived before the expected delivery date. I'll without a doubt, use Rex Jewelers again.

Wow what a great service.
New matching wedding rings bought to celebrate our 30th Anniversary.
The rings arrived very quickly and they are really fabulous. Beautiful gold coloured Tungsten, very high quality. Over the moon with this purchase.

Highly Recommend

Really helpful, super efficient. Couldn’t be happier.

Ordered first rings, didn’t like them. Exchanges them without any issues and then had to exchange again for a bigger size. Really helpful the whole way, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again!

I bought a wedding ring supposed to be…

I bought a wedding ring supposed to be 9 carrat gold on 16 March 2025 . Today 30 April all gold has gone and I have a silver ring. So gold plated not real gold. I now have to go and buy from genuine company.

To clarify, the ring you purchased was listed as a gold-filled sterling silver ring, not listed as solid gold. This was clearly stated in the product description.
As with all plated jewelry, exposure to liquids, chemicals, or daily wear can cause the plating to fade over time and reveal the sterling silver base if not cared for correctly.

If you are looking for a ring that will not change colour, we offer our gold tungsten bands, which are durable, fade resistant and solid through and through.

Not sterling silver as described

Ring isn't genuine/complete silver and is stamped "S" not S9.25 as described in pictures.
Arrived in good time and is very shiny.
Can't wear it for work which i bought it for though as I am an MRI radiographer and it is magnetic - hence the reason I know it's not genuine.
