Don’t order if you actually want your product.

Don’t order through this company unless you want to never get your product. I placed an order on February 25th. It’s now April 7th and I’m still waiting. Their customer service keeps telling me to “be patient”. I’m in Mexico, just 1000 miles from Los Angeles, where it shipped from. For some reason no one can explain to me, my package spent the first month of its shipping journey heading to the UK to sit there for a few weeks. Why, you may ask? Apparently logistics. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now it’s apparently made its way back the 5,000 miles from Europe to N. America, and yet, I still don’t have it. This lash serum has traveled over 10,000 miles to get to its final destination, which was 1,000 miles away from where it started. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have requested a refund numerous times and all im told is “nah”. I could’ve walked it here faster. There is no excuse for this level of poor service.

Thank you for your post. We can certainly understand the frustration with international shipping delays. The item is not lost and is simply still enroute. It is indeed a slow delivery issue. Mexico Correos DDU (taxes unpaid) mail parcels can take weeks to arrive, unlike with carriers like FedEx which act as their own Customs Broker. There have been a number of interim tracking scans, which reassure us that the parcel is enroute and is neither lost nor stolen. Indeed, the U.K. sort facility transit was not a mistake.

You will want to review our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy.

Our Return and Refund Policy states: All refunds require the issuance of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return of the product for crediting. The remedy for lost or stolen parcels is reshipment.

Our Shipping Policy states: "For international orders, please check your country's policies regarding importation of skincare and cosmetic products. ...Note that if the shipment is refused or undeliverable, or if it is abandoned at Customs and not returned to us, we are unable to reimburse for the product(s) or shipping fee."

We hope and expect your delayed parcel will be delivered soon. Thank you again for your patience and understanding in the process.

Not effective product, bad customer service

This product was Expensive for not providing what they promised which was to help with hair shedding and hair growth,it doesn't work , waist of money , I reached out to their customer service they made it hard to return the product which i had to use to see if it worked.. this was few months back ofcourse i opened and used to see if it works ,ofcourse the package it came in i wont have it, ofcourse it took a while to use it to see if it works ofcourse the time for return was past ,thats why you didn't support your product, no refund becausei didn't provide same packaging. they are fake products and also customer service is rude , you do not respondto a client in such manner... there was nothing good about this company .. horrible customer service.

…Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Company


I placed an order with Reviv Serums over two and a half months ago and was given a tracking number that showed no real movement. The parcel never left the U.S., and to this day, it has not arrived.

When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with excuses, blame-shifting, and zero accountability. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they kept telling me I entered an incomplete address—despite the fact that the package never even made it out of the country, and I provided a full corrected address immediately.

They refused to reship or refund unless the package was returned (which hasn't happened in months), and even had the audacity to warn me that "a chargeback would not succeed", as if trying to intimidate me.

This level of customer care is unacceptable.
I’ve had better experiences ordering from companies halfway across the globe. If you're considering ordering from them, be warned: if anything goes wrong, they will not stand behind their product or their process.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

At checkout, you provided a phone number for the street address, and the parcel delivery could not be attempted once in Israel after the airspace was opened back up. Israel Post eventually sent it to an abandonment center, and was not returned to us for reprocessing for address correction. We then set up a complimentary replacement order (with the actual shipping address which you clarified), and we absorbed both the replacement product cost as well as the $35 USD international shipping fee.

Shipping option / customs fee prohibitive

Since the international shipping option was recently changed, we now find ourselves paying not only the $10 shipping fee, but also a $20 customs fee. Last time I ordered, one less customer. Thank you, and goodbye.

Indeed, many countries now are inflexible when it comes to VAT, customs fee, duties, or other such taxes. We now have 2 different options at checkout: pay any tax and duty at checkout time, or pay them at delivery. We recommend paying them at checkout, to streamline the delivery process and avoid surprises. Most often carriers charge a handling fee to collect and administrate tax collection at delivery time. A reminder that here in the U.S., taxes are not part of the product price.

UPDATE: Scammer tried to blame this on a "redirection" attempt which was an ATTEMPT. ie:/therefore Did not happen so this cannot be blamed. Stop twisting the truth, Scammers. Ultimately there was no change, no Customs asking me for the payment of VAT / tax, importation documentation, or address correction. That DID NOT HAPPEN. The fact remains No Product, You Took My Money, You Didn't Try to Correct Anything, Thief.

A year ago I was scammed by this company. I bought the lash product based off of Claudia skin care channel's recommendation because it did not contain a particular ingredient. I asked how long delivery would be to Barcelona. Typical transit to the Barcelona area utilizing their shipping service (UPS Mail Innovations) is around 16 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. The carrier asks to allow up to 28 business days or longer for the international processing. UPS handles the U.S. portion of the transit, and then hands off to the region's postal carrier for in-country and final mile delivery.

I waited 3 months and tried to redirect the product since it didn't arrive like their policy states and like their email assured. They would not by any means refund my money or even consider it.

This scam and theft has to stop.

You mention that you "tried to redirect the product". Invariably that means that the parcel was held in Customs awaiting the payment of VAT / tax, importation documentation, or address correction. As our Return and Refund Policy states up front, if the international parcel is held or discarded by Customs, and not returned to us for reprocessing, we are unable to offer a refund.

UPDATE: We asked for order information to help provide more details, but the information provided does not match any order placed with us.
