Not even one star. Bought a pair of shoes and they are filthy and broken. I now have to pay for the postage to return as apparently there’s no fault! All this for £32. this website is a total scam and customer service terrible. Stay away. Seems I’m not the only one thinking this !

After spending a while waiting for the shoes I wanted to appear on the revivo site (not in stock on the main site) I then ordered two pairs in my size when they became available.
One pair delivered in the wrong size, contacted revivio and the only resolution was a refund, no offer of the shoes I actually paid for.
Very unhappy with the service and wont be purchasing any more vivo shoes, or telling anyone how good your products are, because your customer service is terrible.

I received an email just after making the review saying they had just shipped. They literally arrived the following day.(Today). They were exactly as ordered and like brand new! I have to apologize for my first review and have now changed my stars from 1 to 4. I hope Revivo get there customer communication up to speed to match their product reputation. Most customers will understand about delays and mistakes etc. if communication is efficient and they don't feel left hanging. Revivo offer a premium product, they need to make their customers feel valued. If they do this, I believe their trust pilot stars will shoot up.

I ordered some boots today and saw the order had my old address on. Got in touch and they say they can't change the address. On the Revivo site it shows my new address so I can't change it. I also gave them an order number for a repair I sent in earlier this week, which goes to my correct (new) address. They acknowledge the other order goes to the correct address. But say the order to my old address should be cancelled as they can''t change the address. If I were to cancel I couldn't update the site to my new address as the website shows my billing and delivery address as the new address.... Super annoying and unprofessional. I'm a big fan of the shoes but feel sorry for the people who have to work in the system which sends them out...
Very poor quality build. Got the resole and it split within 6 months. Shame because vivos are the most comfortable shoes I’ve tried.

I got charged twice and they refuse to pay back the return I couldn't use due to how their instructions are formulated. It's not worth it. It's a pity because I really like the concept, and the shoes themselves are really well-made!

Really disappointed. Trainers cancelled and shoes so big I would class as a fault. Would not ever use this company again or recommend to anyone. £10 down with no shoes to show for it.

Long time fan of Vivobarefoot and Revivo but the latest sales tactic on this site is downright dishonest.
I challenge you to find any pair available for the advertised price on the initial product thumbnail. As soon as you select colour, size and condition the price jumps considerably. Try hunting for any pair actually available at the listed price…..
Sometimes there’s only one colour, size and condition in stock of a model and the price still jumps up when that pair is selected. Absolutely unforgivable in this situation and false advertising if ever I saw it.
Won’t be retaining my custom whilst they operate like this.

I have wanted to try Vivo for a long time and thought it would be even better to try revivo. Ordering was simple and I was pleased with how that went. Sadly the shoes were damaged and unwearable so I used the return portal to send back. The process was very easy. I received a refund notification via email and refund was in my account swiftly. I am sad not to have the shoes but happy with the service which is important.

Final update: After pursuing them further and finally connecting with a human on live chat, Vivo eventually provided the discount code they promised. Thank you.
Update: 10 days after the original response and sending my information via their request. There’s still no update—much less resolution— from Thomas or Vivo, despite the excuses, and how he’ll “personally” look into it. I’m trying to remain patient, but this is ridiculous.
OP: I’ve owned several pair of vivobarefoot shoes, and was planning to buy another when I learned of their Revivo program. I mailed in my old boots with a promise of a discount on future shoes (order no VF004-1-l7o50). Once I sent the package I never heard another word. I can’t get a human to contact me, only AI bots, which just copy and paste what I already wrote to them. Do I even want to buy new shoes from this company?

Sent walking boots with thermal inserts. As didn’t use them as I away in a hot climate have only now noticed that they don’t have thermal inner sole replacements and the laces were new but too short to go through all the eyes . The boots were cleaned and new soles glued on. That’s all. They did accommodate two different sizes (sadly I have an expensive difference between my foot sizes) but they knew this and were happy to do it before starting the job. Pity as I’m a fan. Another repair is to be comme ted tomorrow so I’ll let you know if the service is improved

Sent back an old pair of vivobarefoot shoes a month ago. Never received the discount code. Impossible to speak to customer service and chatbot logged the request with no follow up. Such a shame because my entire family is a fan of vivobarefoot shoes.

EDIT following original review: Customer Services from VivoBarefoot did get in touch as promised and provided me with the missing discount codes. I really appreciate that they took the time to do this - please just get rid of that dreadful Revivo ChatBot support, which was totally hopeless!! I have upgraded my review from one to three stars as the issue was rectified, albeit with some pain.
I sent back my old shoes under the Revivo scheme but never received a discount code. The worst aspect is the chatbot/AI operated customer service which is totally useless. This scheme is clearly not working and is misleading.

I paid £80 for the “resole and refresh” service for my boots, with the expectation that I would then get several more years of wear out of what were, originally, a good pair of shoes. This service promises new outsoles and repair of any loose stitching. Unfortunately, after only a few months wear, first the glue and then the outsole stitching failed, leaving a significant hole in the side of one of the boots. Furthermore, the stitching of the leather seams on both boots has now failed. Customer service has been shockingly frustrating and seems to be solely operated by AI, which helpfully responded telling me I could pay to use their repair service. Despite sending a number of emails over the past few months I’m yet to get any meaningful response or resolution. I am happy to spend a little more money for sustainable products and services if the product then functions as expected, however this service has completely failed and feels like daylight robbery. I wish I’d just bought a new pair of boots. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Horrific customer service. I was led to believe I could send my old vivos for a dsct voucher. I went on the website and got a QR generated by them. They've never sent me that voucher or any communications. I've tried everything but there's no way to reach them. I know see in their website that they aren't accepting anymore old vivos ... and I don't understnad why they generated a code for me then! I'm still waiting for their response

Update:
They were quick to respond and resolved my issue after they sorted out their customer service system. My refund was finally issued despite the fact the the courier has lost the returned package.

I emailed to check if they have received my returned item as I could see that it has been collected according to Royal Mail. I got a generic email in response but managed to eventually get to an actual human. After providing them with my email and order number that they requested (which I'm pretty sure was already included in the initial contact form), they ghosted me.
I have also tried emailing another support email address I've found but no response. It's been several months now.
If only I'd read these reviews before ordering...

They proactively seek business by offering discount codes which are not applied at the point of purchase. Customer service is a black-hole. The only response I got was an email telling me to be patient, and not to reply to the message. 3months later . . . Nothing. And the repaired boots (which initially seemed fine) split along a seam. Don’t trust this company. Steer clear.

Ich habe eigentlich eine extrem lange Rezension vorbereitet, aber die passt hier leider nicht rein.
Zu meinem Glück sind meine Schuhe aus der Reparatur zurückgekommen und scheinen bisher heile zu sein. Es hat aber 7 Wochen gedauert von der Bestellung der Reparatur bis zur Auslieferung zu meiner Haustür. Ich habe meine alten Motus Flex eingeliefert, es wurde aber eine Motus Strength Außensohle angebracht, also eine andere als die ursprüngliche. Jetzt sind mir die Schuhe zu groß und fühlen sich nicht mehr so an wie früher.
Der Support ist so grauenhaft, wie in allen anderen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben - hauptsächlich ein KI-Chatbot, der schnell überfordert ist, mit Glück bekommt man eine menschliche Antwort 4 Wochen später (zumindest war es bei mir so, viele bekommen nie eine menschliche Antwort).
Verglichen zu den meisten hier hatte ich Glück - trotzdem sind die 96€ verschwendet es wird wohl nie eine Kompensation dafür geben.
Wirklich schade, weil die Schuhe sonst so gut sind.
Awful customer service and a ridiculous AI live chat facility on WhatsApp. Order a pair of boots size 42 and they sent size 45. Requested an exchange but they don't do them, so sent back for a full refund. Revivo eventually refunded minus return postage. I have been chasing the remainder of the refund for 3 weeks now with no response. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle of it when it's clearly their error.
