I had a very large skin tag on my left eye lid. I had it since I was a child but over the last 2 or so years it has really grown alot. To the point where it was the first thing people I had not seen for a long time mentioned. I had been put off getting it removed for the longest time as I was scared of any mistakes being made as it was so close to my eye. Due to this I was very apprehensive going in to this experience. I did a lot of research on different companies and decided to go with Revitalize as they had the highest score and best overall reviews on Trust Pilot compared to companies doing similar things.
I have to say they were very good. Doctor Ken was very good with me. He is a very calm man and he helped calm my nerves and the procedure was finished in about 20 minutes. I have had problems with needles in the past were my body has an involuntary reaction to them which involves me fainting. Knowing this they applied numbing cream to my eyelid. Gave me a local anesthetic and simply cut off the skin tag and then cauterized the wound. It was not an uncomfortable experience. It was very easy and I wish I had it done sooner. They seem to be very experienced here. All the staff are very nice. If you are worried about having a procedure done like me I would recommend these people. They helped make the experience very pleasant for me. The pricing was also competitive. I had a consultation with another 2 companies and was quoted between £600-£800 for this procedure. Revitalize done it for £495. Furthermore they were supposed to follow up with me after showing their medical directors but this did not occur. With Revitalize I had a telephone appointment on the Thursday evening, booked in for in person consultation 5:30 the next day and the skin Tag was removed by 7:30 that evening. Very fast efficient service. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have been 10 years in London and I don’t remember I ever received a better treatment in any other clinic.The whole staff is great ,professional but cool at the same time.The plastic surgeon knows what he’s doing and I’m super happy with the treatment I received …made me feel at ease and I was not worried in the least…differently from any practices.10/10
