I want to express my deepest gratitude to Winston from Brown & Co Solicitors for his incredible support during my service charge case. From the very beginning, he was patient, understanding, and completely dedicated to helping me find a solution that was fair and manageable.
Winston took the time to explain every step clearly, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely cared about the outcome. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, we were able to reach an agreement that I could afford — something I didn’t think was possible when this all started.
What stood out most was his empathy and professionalism. He treated me like a person, not just a case. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed this without him.

I had a prompt next day face to face…
I had a prompt next day face to face meeting with a solicitor. Chris Chappel who was awesome after gathering the facts and details i gave him he assessed the chances of the chances of a positve claim outcome.he gave you it straight and explain the nitty gritty. He was at the end of the phone every time I rang or needed information. I was able to send photos and everything required along the way via whats app. He even arranged medical appoints for me. The process was made simple with all the work done by him. The whole process took roughly 9months start to recieving my deserved compensation. I must strongly advise to use this company they were awesome especially Chris.The fee was 20% + vat which is fair in today's market
