My dog Beans is always happy to spend time at Longford Country Pines Kennels and Cattery. The staff there are so loving and always welcoming and accommodating to special needs.

The software was good at first but they have recently completed a timing 'upgrade' which has been a disaster for my business and has lots me lots of customers as the system tells my customers we are full. When reported only then was I told that this 'upgrade' had happened. There was no consultation or communication.
My trusted local dog daycare centre is now using this appalling software. It now takes an inordinate amount of time to set up a few bookings and long winded payment systems follow. Takes a huge amount of valuable time when ALL I used to do before was send them a simple email. Now I have to wade through all sorts of stipulations and unnecessary rules put into place for no apparent reason. And to add insult to injury the app just keeps disappearing from my mobile. Total rubbish and my charges have been increased to pay for this cr*p! Who on earth thought this up???
I had someone use credit card without my knowledge and was also misled by the company. I disputed the charges and Revelation Pets manage to have my entire bank account and money frozen for bad faith. It’s horrible and now being investigated by bank because their upset I have all proof
