I’m giving Revboard a full 5 stars because they genuinely deserve it. The platform has made accessing and viewing my Amazon account so much easier — everything’s clear, organised, and actually useful in a day-to-day sense.
What really stands out, though, is their support. I had a couple of accessibility issues (which is rare to even think about in the Amazon-seller space because most tools don’t cater for this at all). I messaged the owner directly and got an instant reply. The issue was fixed by the next day. This wasn’t a one-off either — every time I’ve had a question, an issue, or even just a suggestion, he responds rapidly and actually implements things. It’s honestly refreshing to see a service where the person behind it genuinely listens and takes action.
Overall, Revboard has been a huge help for me as a seller. The tool itself is solid, but the level of support and the willingness to improve the platform constantly is what pushes it over the top. Highly recommend it to any Amazon seller who wants a smoother, more accessible, and more responsive experience with their data and day-to-day operations.
