Love retykle! After watching some horrifying documentaries I'm trying to decrease my consumerism and honestly avoid US companies. I haven’t found anything as awesome as retykle in the US. I was hesitant to order at first because the pictures aren’t the best but everything I ordered was exactly as I expected it to be. Great prices for designer brands. Shipment to the US was quicker than I expected, arrived within 10 days. I don’t have any experience with the return process or selling process but as a buyer I can say that I love retykle.

used to be great, now the whole process takes too long, the photos of the items are horrible, the tiny payment you end up with in the end is not worth the hassle, Retykle takes a HUGE cut / most of the money for themselves.

As a Seller, your best to stick with Carousell. Your in control of your own posting, less delays and easier to manage. This way you get to choose the sale price, or give to a good home if required!

Once you do pass on your items to Retykle, take note you may wait up to 6-8 weeks to see them posted on the website! So if you intended to sell Summer clothes, bordering a season change to Autumn. Then please note the time it takes to post, otherwise you will miss the sale window and your Childs clothes will simply sit in stock for 12 months.

Then if your items do not sell, and you would like them back? Then you need to wait 11-12 months to have them returned (as contracted), or pay $50 for each item to be returned prior to this period (Win win for Retykle). Hence my recommendation to sell via Carousell, its much easier, and quicker!

Retykle has been one of our best finds in HK. We've bought quite a few gorgeous toddler clothing at very reasonable prices. It's super easy to navigate the website (a huge plus for a busy mum) and shipping is fast. It's tempting to buy lots of outfits for our fast-growing toddler, but when we buy from Retykle, I do feel a bit better knowing we are doing our little bit with second hand exchanges to support the circular economy. Another bonus is that we can re-sell the clothing she has outgrown and hopefully share the joy with another family.

We love retykle and buying our little guys clothes from here! They stock a good range of brands and the products are always as described. It’s nice to be able to sell them back through retykle too when he grows out! Their customer service is fantastic, too! It’s nice to do our part in cutting down unnecessary waste and buy better quality clothes!

I adore Retykle! I started 2 years ago with my first born and it has become my go to shopping platform for my babies. They stock a huge range of clothes, shoes and toys and their quality is always true to description with most still practically brand new or very gently worn so it’s perfect as my son tends to grow out of clothes super quickly.

If I'm honest I'm not a huge fan of online shopping (I'm not a great in-person shopper either) and I really really do like to see the item before I buy it. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the choice online and then I found about their wishlist shopping experience! Game changer! You can submit all the items you think you'd like to see the day before you want to go in and see them and they'll take everything out! It's like having the best kind of personal shopper.

I've sold and bought many pieces from Retykle over the past year. I love the fact that I am purchasing designer clothes as a discounted price because so many of the pieces have a lot of life left in them. Best part is after the clothes don't fit anymore, I can sell them back to Retykle.

In addition to shop clothes, you can also sell your kids' grown out pieces, in a very efficient and easy way: Retykle will collect your clothes, photoshoot and put them out on their website! Excellent initiative. Website and payment process simple to use. Large range of products at v good prices with clear sizing guidelines - from toddler shoes, to onesies to cute dresses. Highly recommended for any busy parent who wants a sustainable yet stylish solution for their child's (rapidly changing!) clothing needs.

I started out as a seller on Retykle, sending in the clothes from my children wardrobes as a way of recycling items and realising further value potential. The collection service they provided and ease of use on the website encouraged me to make a purchase from the online store.
In addition to the preloved items they also have many new with tags from lots of higher ends brands, and it is easy to shop for all of your children clothing needs.
The purchased items received are always in great condition and very well presented in its packaging, that it doesn't feel as if you have shopped second hand. I also love the fact that our children are not wearing the same thing as everyone else which is a luxury that higher end fashion offers but is not always attainable.

I have started buying & re-selling great quality baby clothes at Retykle since my baby boy is 3 months old. The idea of recycling is great as baby fashion is relatively short-lived; last month the clothes fit but nothing does a month later. I’m glad Retykle has given the pre-loved baby clothes a second life. Their staff are responsive, friendly and helpful. They do offer a preview of your beloved items at their physical shop in wong chuk hang before making a purchase if you wish!

Shopping with Retykle is a wonderful experience. You have an opportunity to buy new and pre loved clothes at great prices.
What I love the most is that the pre loved clothes are stored and packaged with so much care, and when you receive your order, they are beautifully packed, as if brand new. It gives "buying second hand" a whole new meaning.
I'm a fan their reward points program. Every time you make a purchase, you get reward points (which never expire) that can be collected and used against more purchases.
As a seller, it's super easy to sell your clothes with them. They come to your home to collect the clothes you want to sell, or you can drop them off at their beautiful shop too.
As a seller, you also get to earn a fair share of the RRP your products are being sold, which is a great!

It's great to have a platform like Retykle that supports sustainability, that is so simple to be a part of.
